Study On The Implementation Problems And Countermeasures Of The Smoking Ban Policy In Public Places In Shenyang City

Tobacco harm is one of the most serious public health problems in the world.Smoking not only causes a variety of diseases.Smoking and health problems have gradually become one of the most concerned issues in the community.There are a large number of smokers in China,and there are more passive smokers.Every year,5 million people die from various diseases caused by smoking or smoking.Tobacco control and smoking ban have become the consensus of all countries in the world.This paper takes the smoking ban in public places in Shenyang as the basic starting point,and uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the implementation status and existing problems of the smoking ban in public places in the current region,from the main body of the anti-smoking policy,target groups,policy quality,policy resources and environment.From the angle of view,the implementation of the smoking ban policy in public places in Shenyang was analyzed.The government departments should gradually improve the smoking ban policy system in public places,build a non-smoking social environment,strengthen the construction of law enforcement teams,improve the smoking ban of executive agencies,guide the public and other active participation,and jointly build a smoke-free environment.To provide guidance for the implementation of the smoking ban policy for public places in Shenyang.The innovation of this paper is based on the target group,policy executives,policy itself,policy implementation resources and environment from the smoking ban in public places in Shenyang,and analyzes the current situation through the cognitive status and reaction of the target group’s smoking ban policy.Based on field research,the smoking-free system and mechanism have studied various factors affecting the implementation of the anti-smoking policy from the aspects of smoking ban,smoking ban,smoking ban and smoking ban,and initially constructed factors affecting the implementation of the anti-smoking policy in Shenyang.The framework provides guidance for the implementation of the smoking ban policy in public places in Shenyang.
