Objective: Treat AO-C type Distal radius fracture(DRF)with two different treatment methods, and then follow up,observe and analyze the diagnosis and treatment effects of the two fixation methods in the third month after the treatment of AO-C type DRF.In this way,the impact of two different treatment methods on the short-term treatment effect of this type of fracture is obtained, and a treatment idea is provided for patients who are not willing to operate and who wish to pursue conservative or minimally invasive treatment. Methods: Collection and summary of AO-C DRF patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital between December 2019 to February 2021.After obtaining the consent of the patient and his family members, according to the exclusion criteria,we will screen out those who meet the research conditions of the subject 60 patients.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,of which 32 cases were treated with closed needle fixation, this group was the experimental group;28 cases were externally fixed with bamboo splints, and this group was the control group.Except for the fixation method, the other treatments of the patients are the same. The patient’s relevant treatment and review data are collected through outpatient and other channels, including the impact of fractures, functional activities, etc.,and the two groups are recorded at the third month after surgery. The imaging manifestations of palm inclination, ulnar deviation, and radius of ulna, wrist function scores, and whether there are complications and other postoperative information. Then the data was sorted and entered into the data statistical analysis software SPSS25.0,and the data was processed.Through the data statistics results, the analysis and comparison of fracture manual reduction, closed needle internal fixation and traditional Chinese medicine bamboo splint external fixation can be used for the treatment of AO-C type DRF the clinical efficacy in a short period of time. Results: In general clinical cases, the results of statistical analysis of the two comparison groups in terms of gender, age, and injury factors were P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant. The experimental results were not affected by general data. The experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed in terms of palm inclination angle, ulnar deviation angle, ulna and radius height, postoperative incidence rate, and postoperative wrist joint score. After statistical analysis,P<0.05,that is,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion:For patients with AO-C type DRF,the two different treatment methods in the patient’s palm inclination angle, ulnar deviation angle, and radius of the ulna at the third month after surgery are shown as closed reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation compared with traditional Chinese medicine.Bamboo splint external fixation is better, the postoperative incidence rate is lower, and the evaluation of postoperative wrist joint function is higher, but it is necessary to pay attention to postoperative nail channel care to prevent nail channel infection. For patients with AO-C DRF who are unwilling to receive open reduction and internal fixation, percutaneous needle internal fixation is an effective alternative to bamboo splint external fixation, which can be applied to clinical treatment according to the actual situation of the patient. |
