| Objective:With the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents and the aggravation of aging population, the incidence of distal radius fracture is increasing, and it has become one of the most common fractures in clinical practice,There are many treatment methods for distal radius fracture. This paper analyzed the commonly used clinical treatment methods, and compared the clinical efficacy of manual reduction and splint external fixation with closed reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation,so as to explore a more suitable treatment method for patients with distal radius fracture. Methods:Patients with distal radius fracture of type B1or type C1who were admitted to the orthopaedic emergency department, outpatient department and ward of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into splint group and acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.Splint group adopt reconstructive splint external fixation treatment, needle group take with percutaneous pin fixation for treatment, both groups of patients with postoperative functional rehabilitation exercise, under guidance of physician with Chinese medicine and the internal and external washing,follow-up records of patients general information(gender, age, cause of injury, fracture type),observation of postoperative fracture healing time, collection of patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 day,1 week,2 weeks after operation, postoperative 4 weeks after surgery of imaging data, measuring the Angle, foot Angle and the change of radial height,The patients’active range of wrist motion, hand grip strength and Gartland-Werley wrist function score at 3 months after surgery were recorded to establish a database.According to SPSS22.0 statistical software, the recorded data were compared and analyzed to obtain relevant results, and the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared. Results:According to the postoperative follow-up of patients in the two groups, there was no statistical difference in the general information(injury cause, gender, age, fracture type)between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative fracture healing X-ray of the two groups showed fracture healing.According to the follow-up records of the clinical fracture healing time of the two groups, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).According to the follow-up records, the palmar inclination Angle, ulnar deviation Angle and radius height of the two groups were compared within the group 1 day after surgery and before surgery(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the comparison of the two adjacent time nodes of palmar inclination Angle, ulnar deviation Angle and radius height(P>0.05).Comparison was made between the two groups at various stages after surgery(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. At the follow-up 3 months after surgery, the two groups were compared in terms of hand grip strength, wrist active range of motion, and excellent and good rate of Gartland-Werley wrist function score(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:(1)There is no difference in fracture healing time between the two treatment methods, and both of them can meet the clinical healing standards.(2)Percutaneous puncture internal fixation results in a better and more stable fracture reduction than manual reduction and splint external fixation.(3)In terms of wrist active range of motion, hand grip strength and Gartland-Werley wrist function score, both treatment methods can achieve good clinical efficacy. |
