| Objective:To observe the clinicalefficacy of Ji anpi Xiaoke Jiawei Decoction in treating Qi and Yin defi ciency and blood stasis syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and explore the molecular mechanism of Jianpi Xiaoke Jiawei Decoction regulating glucose-stimulated insulin secretion(GSIS)through K+ and Ca2+membrane currents.Methods1.Before the treatment,the general cl inical data and laboratory indexes of the two groups are comparable(P>0.05)In t he clinical study.After treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbAlc are decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group are better than the control group(P<0.05)FINS and HOMA-β are increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group are better than the control group(P<0.05);The symptom scores of the two groups are decreased(P<0.01),the experimental group are significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).TC,LDL-C decrease after treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and the LDL-C test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.In the experimental study,the insulin level increased in Chinese medicine group and glimepiride group compared with model group(P<0.05).the fluorescence intensity of K+ and Ca2+ increased in other groups compared with model group(P<0.01)Results:All the data shows that Jianpi Xiaoke Jiawei Decoction can improve the function of islet and ease symptoms,while no serious adverse reactions occurred.In molecular mechanism,the improvement of GSIS is related to the decrease of K+ outflow and the increase of Ca2+ inflow. |
