| Objective:To investigate the secretion characteristics of serum AMH,LH,FS-H,E2in the PCOS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype and that nor-moandrogenic phenotype.To compare the differences in serum AMH,LH,FS-H and E2between the PCOS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype an dthat normoandrogenic phenotype,so as to help investigate the difference b-etween them in the pathophysiology.Methods:The electronic literature databases from 1950 to December 2019were searched systematically.Domestic electronic literature databases includ-ing China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Data and C-hina Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),foreign electronic literature databas-es,including Pubmed,Menline,Web of Science.The contents of the studys w-ere related to the characteristics of serum AMH,LH,FSH,E2in PCOS fem-ales with hyperandrogenic phenotype and that normoandrogenic phenotyp-e,or that with different types of PCOS.Relevant studies were collected ac-cording to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and case control studies were evaluated with NOS evaluation criteria and crosssectional studies wer-e evaluated with AHRQ evaluation criteria.After that,the required data we-re sorted,collected and converted.The Revman 5.3 software was used tope-rform meta analysis.Results:A total of 13 articles were included in this study.All of them rep-orted serum AMH of the PCOS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype a-nd that with normoandrogenic phenotype,or that of the PCOS females wi-th four phenotypes according to the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria.Amongt-hem,10 articles reported serum LH,9 articles reported serum FSH,and 6 ar-ticles reported serum E2.The results of this study showed that the serum AMH,LH,FSH and E2contents of the PCOS females were significantly di-fferent between the PCOS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype and t-hat with normoandrogenic phenotype.The serum AMH:hyperandrogenic phe-notype PCOS>normoandrogenic phenotype PCOS(SMD=0.28,95%CI[0.09,0.47],I2=80%).The serum LH:hyperandrogenic phenotype PCOS>normoand-rogenic phenotype PCOS(SMD=0.33,95%CI[0.02,0.64],I2=92%),but the-result is not stable.The serum FSH:hyperandrogenic phenotype PCOS<nor-moandrogenic phenotype PCOS(SMD=-0.17,95%CI[-0.26,-0.08],I2=34%).The serum E2:hyperandrogenic phenotype PCOS>normoandrogenic phenoty-pe PCOS(SMD=0.3,95%CI[0.18,0.41],I2=0%.Conclusion:Serum AMH,E2and FSH secretion between the PCOS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype than that with normoandrogenic phenotyp-e were different.The serum AMH and E2levels of the PCOS females wit-h hyperandrogenic phenotype were higher,and the serum FSH levels was lower.At present,there is no difference in serum LH levels between the P-COS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype and that with normoandrog-enic phenotype.There may be differences in pathogenesis between the PC-OS females with hyperandrogenic phenotype and that with normoandroge-nic phenotype. |
