Clinical Study Of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction On Microinflammation In Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4

Objective:Based on the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on micro-inflammation of chronic kidney disease,the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction in treating chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 micro-inflammation were observed,which provided clinical basis for improving micro-inflammation of chronic kidney disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine.The experimental group was given Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction orally for 2 months.By collecting the clinical symptoms,glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)and other data before and after treatment,the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction in treating chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 microinflammation were discussed.Results:This study collected complete data of 57 patients,29 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group.The results of clinical research are as follows:1.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05);while the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 79.3%,while that in the control group was 60.7%.The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Laboratory indicators:(1)Scr,BUN and eGFR:Scr and BUN levels in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and eGFR increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);Scr and BUN decreased and eGFR increased more in the experimental group than in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)CHOL,TG,LDL,HDL:CHOL,TG,LDL in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,HDL was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);CHOL,TG,LDL and HDL in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(3)hs-CRP:hs-CRP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP level between the control group and before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Safety:The blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram and liver function of the two groups were not significantly abnormal compared with those before treatment.In the experimental group,1 patient developed mild diarrhea and improved after adjusting the dosage of rhubarb.Conclusion:Clinical use of Fuzheng Xiezhuo Decoction can effectively improve the microinflammation status of patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4,and improve the clinical symptoms,renal function,lipid metabolism disorders,thereby further improving the microinflammation status and delaying the progress of kidney disease.
