| Irrigated district is the guarantee of agricultural development and also an important infrastructure to promote the sustainable development of national economy.At present,there are various water measuring equipment in the irrigation district.This paper selected several commonly used water measuring equipment and modern equipment,and a comparative analysis was make on the base of the flow measuring principle,applicable conditions,measuring accuracy,construction and maintenance,anti-interference,degree of informatization,investment and other aspects,to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of water measuring facilities in the irrigation district.To evaluate the performance of the irrigation water measurement,consulting the consult literature material,the evaluation index system was established following the principle and national technical standards,the index system includes three factors such as the amount of irrigation water facilities layout,the number of equipment performance and management factors,the three level indicators and 13 secondary indicators of evaluation system was set up.The analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,whitening weight function and gray clustering method were used to calculate the weight and build the analysis and evaluation model.In view of the current development situation of irrigation district and the needs of modernization of irrigation district,two layout modes of water measuring equipment,namely main-channel mode and all-channel mode,were put forward,the characteristics of the two modes were analyzed,and the equipment selection,layout,technical requirements,operation management,investment,advantages and disadvantages were described in detail.Finally,taking Tanghe irrigation district as an example,considering water metering infrastructure investment,measuring point,put forward four layout schemes,and the use of the evaluation method for evaluation,the results show that the quantitative layout is the main factor affecting the irrigation district,therefore in improving metering facilities information and management ability at the same time,should increase the number of measuring facilities,reasonable layout,expand coverage,thus improve the overall level of irrigation water measurement.And the evaluation method was used for evaluation,which is feasible and reasonable,and is consistent with the actual situation of the irrigation district.It has reference and guiding significance to the performance evaluation of irrigation district in the future. |
