Study On Soilless Seedling Technology Of Komatsuna

Komatsuna（Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis（L.）Makino var.communis Tsen et Lee）belongs a variety of subspecies of non-spherical cabbage of the genus Brassica of Cruciferae,which is popular at home and abroad.In this experiment,we studied the suitable depth and concentration of nutrient solutions,special fertilizer and cultivation substrates,and provided preliminary theoretical basis for the practice of soilless seedling technology.The hydroponic experiment was carried out with sponge blocks with a side length of 2.5 cm in the seedling tray with a side length of 25 cm×34 cm,and a height of 5 cm.Matrix cultivation was cultivated with 50 hole plates.The test results were as follows :（1）The optimum depth of nutrient solution sponge water culture was selected: The experiment showed that in 0.5 cm、1.0cm、1.5cm、2.0cm、2.5cm、3.0cm treatment,the depth of 1.0 was higher than that of other treatments in terms of growth index and physiological index.1.0 cm was the optimum depth of nutrient solution sponge seedling raising.（2）Selection of nutrient solution sponge water culture of the optimal concentration of Komatsuna:The test showed that the concentration of the special fertilizer nutrient solution of1 x was the most suitable for the growth of Komatsuna.（3）Selection of special fertilizer suitable for sponge cultivation: Yongtong vegetable special fertilizer has advantages in plant height,stem diameter,root length,leaf number,water content,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content.The experiment showed that the special fertilizer of Yongtong vegetable was the best.（4）Selection of the best special fertilizer for the cultivation of Coconut chaff: The experiment showed that the best effect of the special fertilizer for Yongtong vegetables in the five vegetable special fertilizers tested.（5）Selection of Optimum Substrate for Soilless Cultivation of Komatsuna: Sponge treatment was higher than other treatments in plant height,stem diameter,root length,leaf number,water content,SPAD value,soluble sugar content and soluble solids content.Of the five substrates tested,sponge,rock wool,coconut bran,vermiculite and perlite,sponge is the most suitable for Komatsuna Vegetables grow.
