Ipomoea aquatica Forsk,also known as water spinach,bamboo leaf vegetable,rattan,etc.,is an annual or perennial trailing herbaceous plant belonging to the genus Convolvulaceae.It is widely planted in southern my country.In recent years,water spinach has also been introduced for planting in parts of northern my country.At the same time,soilless culture has been widely used as a planting technology in recent years,and further exploration of related technologies for soilless culture of water spinach is one of the research goals of this experiment.In this experiment,different soilless culture nutrient solutions,different substrate ratios,earthworm manure-based different substrate ratios,and different ratios of chicken manure were used to explore the effects on the growth of water spinach.The test results are as follows:(1)The effect of different soilless culture nutrient solutions on the growth of water spinach: through the application of "Fu Paving Special Compound Fertilizer","Zhimei High Concentrated Nutrient Solution","Puleshou Special Fertilizer for Soilless Culture","Aibeijia" "Special fertilizer for soilless culture" four kinds of soilless culture nutrient solution,to explore the most suitable soilless culture nutrient solution for water spinach growth,to measure the growth,physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of water spinach.The test results show that the growth indexes of water spinach such as leaf length,leaf width,plant height and stem thickness under the treatment of "fupu road special compound fertilizer" are higher than those under other nutrient solution treatments.Comprehensive analysis,in order to meet the needs of high-yield and high-quality agricultural production,"Fu Paving Special Compound Fertilizer" applied to water spinach is more suitable for the growth of water spinach,and its performance is the best.(2)The effect of different substrate ratios on the growth of water spinach: By using "peat: vermiculite: perlite 1:1:1","vermiculite: peat: mushroom residue 1:1:1",and "perlite: peat" : Mushroom dregs 1:1:1","Vermiculite: Perlite: Mushroom dregs1:1:1" four substrate ratios,in order to explore the most suitable substrate ratio for the growth of water spinach,and at the same time can explore and verify the role of mushroom dregs Whether the active ingredients in the matrix are beneficial to the growth of water spinach.The growth physiology and photosynthetic characteristics of water spinach were measured.The test results show that the water spinach is more suitable for the growth of water spinach under the treatment of "Peat: Vermiculite:Perlite 1:1:1",and the performance is the best.Under the treatment of "Perlite: Peat:Mushroom residue 1:1:1" The physiological indexes of water spinach are better.In order to better meet the needs of high-yield and high-quality agricultural production,the "peat: vermiculite: perlite 1:1:1" treatment of waterweed is more suitable for agricultural production.(3)The effect of different substrate ratios based on earthworm feces on the growth of water spinach: By using "Earthworm Feces: Vermiculite: Perlite 4:3:3","Earthworm Feces: Vermiculite: Perlite 2:1:1" ","Earthworm feces: Vermiculite:Perlite 1:1:1" three kinds of substrate ratios mainly based on worm feces,"Peat:Vermiculite: Perlite 4:3:3" as a control group,to explore earthworms Whether manure can be used as an organic substrate to replace peat for the cultivation of water spinach,and at the same time explore the most suitable ratio of the substrate for the growth of water spinach.Measure the growth physiology and photosynthetic characteristics of water spinach.The test results show that the growth indexes of water spinach,such as plant height,stem thickness,and fresh weight under the treatment of "worm feces:vermiculite: perlite 4:3:3",are significantly higher than other treatments,which is the best growth condition of each treatment A set of growth physiology and photosynthetic characteristics of water spinach were measured.The test results showed that the growth indexes of water spinach were the highest under the treatment of "chicken manure: substrate 1:5",and the number of leaves,stem thickness and fresh weight were significantly higher than other treatments.At the same time,the physiological and photosynthetic characteristics of water spinach under the treatment of "chicken manure: substrate 1:5" also reached the maximum compared with other treatments.Comprehensive analysis,"chicken manure: substrate1:5" treatment is the most suitable for water spinach growth.
