The No.1 central document of 2023 instructs to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure,and strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology and equipment.Appropriate intelligent irrigation agricultural machinery is of great significance to the promotion of agricultural mechanization and the development of smart agriculture.In view of the current intelligent irrigation agricultural machinery integration is low,single control mode,cumbersome operation,this research independent development of moisture information processing technology,and based on domestic RISC-V instruction set chip,WSS two-way communication protocol and Internet of things technology,for intelligent irrigation integrated equipment design a set of efficient water saving,accurate control,intelligent irrigation fertilization,soil moisture monitoring,multiple terminal synchronous control function in the integration of the Internet of things control system.The main study results are presented as follows:(1)Develop a modular Internet of Things control system.Development based on domestic single chip microcomputer chip and Internet of things technology modular control system.The control system integrates the functional modules of irrigation pump and irrigation area management,automatic backwashing and filtration,multi-channel synchronous fertilization,soil moisture monitoring,remote monitoring and other functional modules.Each functional module of the control system can operate independently.Users can freely choose the functional module according to the actual needs of the project,and meet the needs of different projects through the flexible combination of different modules.(2)Design the multi-terminal synchronization operation interface.Based on Linux cloud server and WSS protocol,remote terminal,field terminal and mobile terminal.The operation interface is written with the same code structure.The user’s operation in any operation interface will be automatically synchronized to the other operation interface,while simplifying the operation and reducing the learning cost.(3)Develop the intelligent algorithm of the control system.Based on the design experience of water-saving irrigation engineering and the intelligent control system algorithm of intelligent irrigation integrated equipment.The intelligent algorithm can realize the functions of pipeline flow monitoring and regulation,pipeline pressure protection,pipeline leakage early warning,backwashing and filtration pressure compensation,valve status monitoring and pressure regulation,water and fertilizer synchronization and fertilizer ratio,sensor data aggregation and control information analysis,and improve the intelligent level of irrigation equipment.(4)Development and test platform for control system test and field test.The test platform is developed synchronously based on the core code of the control system.Through the functional test of the control system through the test platform,the field test showed that the error of fertilization flow was 0.20%~1.67%,the pressure control error was-0.22%~1.17%,and the error of backwash time was 0.55%~2.44%.The intelligent irrigation integrated equipment Internet of Things control system designed in this study integrates the functions of irrigation,fertilization and soil moisture monitoring,and optimizes the algorithm for common working conditions to improve the application effect of the equipment.The research results can provide a technical reference for the design of water-saving irrigation engineering.
