| For the farmland irrigation control system in Taoyan Village,Yuecheng District,Shaoxing City,the performance of the control system is relatively simple,it is biased towards pure irrigation or pure drainage,there is no integrated function,the amount of irrigation is determined by the experience of agricultural workers,and the equipment is not intelligent.,designed a set of intelligent irrigation and drainage system based on the Internet of Things.The system consists of the design of intelligent irrigation head equipment,automatic irrigation outlet,and automatic drainage outlet,the design of PLC-based wireless remote control system and software programming,and the information monitored by sensing instruments and control systems,plus historical data,fault cases,and model knowledge.To provide reasonable guidance and realize remote intelligent precise drainage and irrigation.According to the requirements of irrigation system,the software system is mainly divided into irrigation system module,field monitoring module and remote control module.The irrigation system module takes Delta PLC as the core,designs the control program based on ISPSoft software,and establishes the communication connection between ISPSoft and PLC by means of COMMGR serial port to realize automatic control.On-site monitoring module In order to improve the human-computer interaction ability,the on-site monitoring center is designed with MCGS as the software platform.The remote control module uses the gateway to realize the interaction between the upper and lower computers.The Android client is used as the software platform to design the remote monitoring center.,pipeline flow,historical data,etc.The intelligent irrigation and drainage system was used in the upgrading and reconstruction project of farmland irrigation facilities along Baijia Lake in Taoyan Village.The laying of the basic line and the irrigation head was completed,and the control equipment was also connected in place to irrigate the paddy fields and test the basic functions of the system.The system studied in this paper solves the common problems of current rice cultivation and irrigation,such as high labor consumption and extensive management.The design of the system promotes the development of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment technology in China.. |
