Study On Rice Productivity In Huinan County,Jilin Province

With the growing population and limited land resources,the conflict between human and land is becoming more and more serious,and the supply and demand of food is tense.The issue of food security is gradually becoming the focus of people’s attention.In recent years,the Central Document No.1 has also repeatedly mentioned the issue of food security,and improving food production capacity is undoubtedly an important measure to ensure national food security.Huinan County is the main rice producing county in Jilin Province,and it is important to actively analyze the rice production situation,find out the important factors affecting the rice production capacity,and improve it in a targeted manner.Improving the rice production capacity in Huinan County is important to further ensure national food security and promote farmers’ income.In this paper,we first analyzed the correlations between rice sown area,effective irrigation area,rice fertilizer application,number of agricultural technicians,rice productivity labor input,total mechanized rice power,pesticide use and rice production capacity in Huinan County and the degree of influence using SPSS software.A principal component regression model was used to quantitatively analyze the correlation ranking between them and the total rice production in Huinan County.Subsequently,a gray correlation analysis model was used to analyze the correlation between the refined index factors and the per capita disposable income of farmers in Huinan County to derive the weights.Finally,the two rankings were normalized to arrive at the final weight ranking.This paper draws three main conclusions: First,by sorting out the current situation of the rice production capacity base in Huinan County,it is found that the rice production capacity base in Huinan County is relatively good,while there are shortcomings and weaknesses in the production infrastructure conditions,which need to be made up to further improve the rice production capacity.Second,rice sowing area,limited irrigated rice area,rice productivity labor input,total rice machinery power and agricultural technicians all play a positive and positive role in rice production capacity,and Huinan County should focus on these above factors to strengthen the construction in the work of improving rice production capacity.Thirdly,using principal component regression model and gray correlation model for measurement,the normalization method is used to process the two model measurement results and get the control work path to improve the rice production capacity in Huinan County: the number of agricultural technicians →effective rice irrigation area → rice production labor force → total rice mechanization power → rice sowing area → rice fertilizer application → rice pesticide application.
