| Nitrogen fertilizer is the main fertilizer to support apple production,but improper application can cause plant nutrient imbalance,decline in fruit quality,lower nitrogen use efficiency,and even endanger soil quality and the sustainability of production.Plant growth regulators can regulate root development and nutrient absorption,and a reasonable combination of the two can better promote plant growth and fertilizer utilizat ion.In this study,through potted and field experiments,under the conditions of different application methods and different application rates of nitrogen fertilizer,compound sodium nitrophenolate and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate were applied to analyze the morphology and configuration of apple root system,nitrogen absorption,assimilation and utilization rate,etc.The results are as follows :1.The same amount of nitrogen fertilizer(30 g calcium nitrate/plant)was applied to young apple trees by centralized nitrogen supply and uniform nitrogen supply.Among them,the total length of the root system,the surface area of the root system,the volume of the root system,the number of branches,The number of root tips,root activity,nitrate reductase and urease activities,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content,root nitrate reductase,glutamine synthase activity,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen content and total nitrogen content in the root zone soil were significantly It is higher than that of uniform nitrogen supply,and centralized nitrogen supply is more conducive to improving the nitrogen use efficiency of young trees.Under the two nitrogen supply methods,the single application of compound sodium nitrophenolate and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate respectively and their co-application can significantly increase the total root length,root surface area,root volume,branch number,root tip number and root activity of young apple trees,increased soil nitrate reductase and urease activities and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content,and also increased young trees root nitrate reductase,glutamine synthase activity,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen content,total nitrogen content,and young trees nitrogen use efficiency;complex;The overall effect of compound sodium nitrophenolate and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate applied separately was similar,but better than that of both.2.Under the condition of centralized nitrogen supply,10 g(low nitrogen amount),30 g(medium nitrogen amount)and 90 g(high nitrogen amount)calcium nitrate/plant were applied respectively.Root surface area,root volume,number of branches,number of root tips and root vigor had the best promotion effect.Soil nitrate reductase and urease activities,root nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase activities,and free amino acid content were also in nitrogen.The content of soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen in the root system was the highest when the nitrogen content was high;the nitrogen use efficiency of young trees was the highest when the nitrogen content was low.Application of compound sodium nitrophenolate,diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and their co-application under low,medium and high nitrogen content can increase the total root length,root surface area,root volume,branch number,root tip number,root activity,and nitrate reduction in young apple trees.Enzyme and glutamine synthase activities,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen content,total nitrogen content,and soil nitrate reductase and urease activities and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content also improved the nitrogen use efficiency of young trees.The effect of compound sodium nitrophenolate and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate applied separately was better than that of co-application.3.Specific root length,root length density,root activity,root nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase activities,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen content,total nitrogen content and root zone soil of apple trees under centralized nitrogen supply.The activities of nitrate reductase and urease and the content of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen were higher than those under uniform nitrogen supply;the nitrogen utilization efficiency of apple trees was also higher in centralized nitrogen supply than in uniform nitrogen supply.Application of compound sodium nitrophenolate and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate respectively during centralized nitrogen supply and uniform nitrogen supply increased the specific root length,root length density,root activity,root nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase activities,and free amino acids in apple trees.content,nitrate nitrogen content,total nitrogen content,nitrate reductase and urease activities and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content in root zone soil,and significantly improved nitrogen use efficiency.4.Under the condition of centralized nitrogen supply,200 g(low nitrogen content),400g(medium nitrogen content)and 600 g(high nitrogen content)calcium nitrate were applied to each apple trees respectively.Long density,root activity,root nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase activities,free amino acid content,and root zone soil nitrate reductase and urease activities were the highest;root nitrate and total nitrogen contents and root zone soil alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen content,Both increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate;the nitrogen use efficiency of apple tree was the highest at low nitrogen rate.The specific root length,root length density,root activity,root nitrate reductase and glutamine synthase activities,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen in apple trees were applied under low,medium and high nitrogen amounts respectively.Content,total nitrogen content,nitrate reductase and urease activities,and alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen content in root zone soil were significantly increased,and the nitrogen utilization efficiency of apple trees was also significantly improved.5.The application of compound sodium nitrophenolate in apple production orchards can improve the root vigor,root glutamine synthase and nitrate reductase activities,free amino acid content,nitrate nitrogen content,nitrate reductase and urease activities in root zone soil,and alkali Nitrogen release,increase single fruit weight,number of fruit per plant and yield,increase fruit firmness and soluble solid content,and reduce titratable acid content in pulp. |
