Aiming at soil salinization, soil-borne disease especially Meloidogyne harm is serious inthe vegetable facilities and saline-alkali land, sand land, wasteland and other non-cultivatedland and the effective use of non-renewable resources-peat consumption, faced with resourceexhaustion. The trail was used agricultural waste mushroom compost and organic manure asthe main raw materials developed cultivation matrix formula. In greenhouse, tomato cultivar "fen’niang" as material, the pot and the trough method with organic substrate formula of maincultivated crops in greenhouse tomato seedling growth and the effect of physiological.Theresults as follows:1.9kinds of matrix formulation of organic matter, available N, P, K contents of differentlevel is higher than that of CK, bulk density, porosity, pH value slightly higher, but the resultsto the desired range (pH5-7.5).2.By9the matrix formulation of cultivated tomato seedling plant height, stem diameter,dry weight of plant, nitrogen and phosphorus content, chlorophyll content and root vigor andCK have different degrees of difference, different formula compared with CK, PT1and PT5,PT2more time, PT8the most suitable.3. Used a simple cultivation groove to cultivated tomato. The treatment PT1height, stemdiameter, root vitality is close to CK, NRA, chlorophyll content was significantly higher thanCK. Mushroom residue in different level also affects the tomato yield (2011.8.28-2012.3.5)and quality of PT1production, with no significant difference in CK, and the yield was lowerthan CK, the others was significantly lower than that of CK.4. PT1, soluble sugar and the ratio of sugar to acid is closer to CK, organic acid and thecontent of Vc is higher than that of CK, nitrate content is lower than other treatment is slightlyhigher than that of CK. PT1production, taste and nutritional value closest to the CK, thecomprehensive quality of the best.5. The results show that, plant height, stem diameter, dry matter, nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium uptake and yield were increased with apply rates of organic manure. Application ofcombined organic manure and inorganic fertilizer under the condition of low content oftomato plant height, stem diameter, dry matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium uptake andyield was higher than of high organic manure. The N, P, K utilization have significantdifference. 6. PT1is more suitable as an alternative to peat matrix formulations used, products ofgood quality, and organic manure in25%organic manure and inorganic fertilizer isappropriate.
