Study On Poverty Alleviation Of Bee Industry In Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County

This article takes Wufeng County’s China Bee Industry Poverty Alleviation Development as the research object,and uses welfare pluralism theory,sustainable development theory and participatory poverty alleviation theory to systematically analyze Wufeng County’s China Bee Industry’s poverty alleviation development.And through years of practical experience and theoretical learning,put forward the target implementation plan,direction and implementation path suitable for the development of the Chinese bee industry in Wufeng County.Through research,it is found that Wufeng County has unique conditions for beekeeping.In 2015,in order to vigorously promote the development of the China Bee Industry,Wufeng specially set up the China Bee Industry Development Leading Group.After a lot of fruitful practice and exploration,a unique "1211" model of China Bee Industry Poverty Alleviation has been formed,and the effect of industrial poverty alleviation has become more prominent.The data shows that in 2019,the China Bee Industry drove 3,446 registered poor households in Wufeng with an amount of 4.91 million yuan,an increase of 185% and 165% respectively over 2016.As of 2020,the scale of bee breeding in Wufeng County has reached 100,000 herds,and the output of honey has reached 500,000 kg.The scale and output are 16 times and 11 times that of five years ago,and the direct income exceeds 100 million yuan.In May 2017,Wufeng was officially established as the province’s only national pilot county for poverty alleviation by China Bee,and was included in one of the pilot counties for poverty alleviation by China Bee Industry in 2018.In October 2019,the Wufeng Zhongbee breeding case won the Best Case Award of 110 "Global Poverty Reduction Case Collection Activity".On January 12,2021,the Social Poverty Alleviation Department of the State Council’s Poverty Alleviation Office announced the announcement of the list of poverty alleviation cases by social organizations in 2020.The poverty alleviation cases of Wufeng China Bee Industry Association were rated as "China’s Top 50 Poverty Alleviation Cases by Social Organizations".However,in the face of the bee industry market,there are still some problems with Wufeng Zhongfeng Industry’s support for the development of poverty alleviation.The main manifestations are: first,poor households have low willingness to participate in the development of the bee industry and cannot stimulate endogenous motivation;second,Zhongfeng Most of the targets of industrial poverty alleviation are older and less educated groups,who are less willing to accept new beekeeping technology;third,the market for beekeeping products is not expanded enough,and market recognition such as "Five Peaks Tea" has not been formed,plus product sales channels Narrow,there is still a lot of room for profit improvement.In the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to scientifically and effectively develop the Chinese bee industry in Wufeng County is of great significance and role in increasing the industrial development of Wufeng County in the future,helping to consolidate the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization.This article aims to more clearly grasp the status quo of the development of the Chinese bee industry in Wufeng County,as well as the marginal effect of the Chinese bee industry on the income generation of poor households,analyze the current problems and reasons in the development of the country’s bee industry,and formulate practical and effective measures.Countermeasures and measures,through in-depth investigation of the positive effect of the development of the China Bee Industry in Wufeng County on the poverty alleviation work,obtain real and effective data and cases,and comprehensively sort and analyze them,and systematically and comprehensively explain the current poverty alleviation policies and main issues of the China Bee Industry in Wufeng County.Practices,results achieved,and problems faced in the development process,and finally summarize the reasons and put forward relevant countermeasures around the strategic goals.This article puts forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of China Bee Industry in Wufeng County to support poverty alleviation from the government and market levels,which will have important reference significance for solving the development problems of China Bee Industry in Wufeng County in poverty alleviation and expanding the market for product competitiveness.
