countries,but also a major problem that developing countries need to solve urgently.As a developing country,comprehensive poverty alleviation is one of China's main strategic goals.As an important form of development,industrial poverty alleviation is an important means to promote poverty alleviation.It can not only promote industrial structure adjustment in poor areas,but also change the concept of farmers,improve the subjective initiative of poor households,and stimulate endogenous motivation.It plays a very important role in targeted poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation is the basis of targeted poverty alleviation,and targeted poverty alleviation is the further development of industrial poverty alleviation.In order to achieve the precision of poverty alleviation,industry development is required to target the actual situation of poor areas,and according to the characteristics of the poor areas'own resources,select appropriate industrial development models,implement specific industrial assistance strategies,and focus on creating brand products with local characteristics.Promote the diversification and prosperity of rural industries and achieve the important goal of poverty alleviation.In this paper,the dry and hot valley area of Jinsha River,Jiaopingdu Town,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,is selected as the research area.Industrial poverty alleviation is combined with land suitability evaluation,and slope,altitude,organic matter,soil pH,and annual precipitation,?10?,texture,effective soil layer thickness 8 evaluation factors,using the land map as the evaluation unit,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the impact weight of each factor,using the restriction method and weighted index method to finally determine the appropriateness of green pepper Sex level,delineate areas suitable for the development of green pepper,and put forward related development suggestions.At the same time,the Cobb-Douglas production function is used to analyze the production factors that affect the output value of green pepper,to provide a scientific basis for the value-added development of the green pepper industry,and to explore the ecological and social benefits of the development of the green pepper industry.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The evaluation results show that the planting suitability of green pepper is very large in jiao pingdu town.The suitable construction area of green pepper is7230.78hm~2,accounting for 88.69%of the total area of the town.Only 11.31%of the land is not suitable for planting green pepper,covering an area of 922.07hm~2.It can be seen that jiao pingdu town is suitable for the development of green pepper industry.2.The whole town is the most suitable planting green peppercorns village committee for her honey haired ping village,highly suitable for planting distribution in her honey haired ping village,the village YiZhong area reached 97.91%,suitable planting green peppercorns area for the development of village,old village,village of cedar oak,pacify ping village,village and half Angle Lu Jiaping village,among them,the development suitability.The most unsuitable area for planting green pepper was changmaidi village,with the proportion of suitable area accounting for only 24.64%.3.Taking Laopingzi Village in Jiaopingdu Town as a typical case,the poverty alleviation benefit analysis of the pepper planting industry was carried out.Fifty households out of poverty were randomly selected to carry out household income surveys.The calculation concluded that the income of the pepper plants accounted for the household's household income 87.52%of the total income of green pepper growing in poverty-stricken households accounted for a large proportion of household income,indicating that the cultivation of green pepper to increase farmers'income,provide industrial support for poverty alleviation,and provide protection for poor households to increase industrial income.4.Using the Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the production factors that affect the production of green peppers in Jiaopingdu Township,it was found that among the factors affecting the output value of green peppers,land investment has the largest impact on the output value of green peppers,followed by capital investment.The last is labor input.At the same time,it is found that the pepper industry in Jiaopingdu Town is an industry of increasing returns to scale.Through the addition of land,capital and labor,it will further promote the growth of the industry value of pepper industry.5.The cultivation of Zanthoxylum capsicum can also bring certain ecological benefits to Luquan County,where rock erosion is severe;at the same time,increase the surface roughness,reduce the wind speed,and play a role in wind and sand fixation;planting peppercorns has played a very important role in the treatment of rocky desertification in Luquan County.The green pepper industry also brought certain social benefits in the development process,which has important practical significance for the optimization and adjustment of the agricultural industry structure,the revitalization of the rural economy,and the sustainable development of the regional economy;it is conducive to raising farmers'awareness and attracting young adults to return to the countryside to work in agriculture,Increase rural employment opportunities;provide a demonstration model for exploring poverty alleviation models in industrial areas.6.For the industrial promotion of green prickly ash planting,this paper puts forward five Suggestions:first,establish a good green prickly ash planting base according to local conditions;Second,to build green pepper industrial finishing plant;The third is to strengthen the organization of farmers'technical training;Fourth,establish leading enterprises and expand industrial advantages;Fifth,strengthen brand awareness,pay
