Construction Of Bee Product Quality Traceability System Based On Blockchain

Honey is the third largest counterfeit food in the world.There are some problems in the export of honey,such as incorrect labels and adulteration of honey.More data show that the total global consumption of honey far exceeds the global production.In the honey industry,the creation of intelligent traceability system can improve the viability and income of beekeepers,help them get rid of poverty,create better market opportunities and value for their honey,and is particularly important to strengthen the sustainable agricultural development of beekeeping.This paper proposes that the intelligent honey traceability system based on blockchain technology will make major contributions to the society,such as reducing honey fraud,improving food safety,reducing poverty,improving crop yield and biodiversity,and improving agricultural industry technology.This paper establishes an open and image-based sustainable development tracking system.Key intelligent agriculture technologies include data-driven honey yield prediction and verification,intelligent distribution system based on blockchain technology,pollen signature verification using machine learning algorithm,development of intelligent pollination contract and final customer information portal.This paper systematically improves food security and food security,reduces honey fraud,and strengthens greater biodiversity.Using image processing,blockchain technology,pollen signature intelligent verification and algorithm backtracking data analysis system,this paper applies DAPP（smart contract+app）based on smart phone image to the backtracking bee product scenario,and designs the smart bee product supply chain for the sustainable development of honey.Through the intelligent traceability of honey production and supply chain,we will realize the certification of honey output and honey category,verify the distribution chain and final sales,introduce a third-party certification agency to make trust endorsement for the international trade of bee products,and use pollen signature to intelligently verify and trace the true source of honey,so as to reduce fraud and further increase food safety and producer responsibility.Finally,the system can also be used as a model to verify other certification systems from the bottom to the source for other traceability intelligent agriculture projects...
