| Rice is one of the main food crops in China,and its planting area is widely distributed.The production and cultivation of rice is directly related to China’s food security issues.Flat paddy fields can improve labor efficiency and increase rice yield.Therefore,people began to pay attention to the leveling effect of paddy fields.Aiming to solve the problem that the flatness of the farmland is poor after rotary tillage,This article addresses the deficiencies of existing technologies,designed a GNSS-controlled intelligent paddy field rotary-leveling machine,and did some research about its reliability and applicability.The specific research content is as follows:(1)System solution analysis.Summarized the current status of domestic and international research,and analyzed its shortcomings.Based on previous studies,this article combined the agronomic requirements of rice planting with the key issues of paddy field rotary machinery,proposed a machine design scheme:aims to design an intelligent paddy field rotary-leveling machine combined with GNSS control leveling technology.By automatically detecting and adjusting the level and height status of the paddy field rotary tillage leveling mechanism,the surface flatness of the paddy field after rotary tillage leveling is improved to meet the agronomic requirements of rice production and planting.(2)System design.A paddy field rotary-leveling system with automatic adjustment of level and height is designed:Designed the mechanical structure,which can simultaneously realize two functions of paddy field rotation and flatland;For the problem of frequent heating of the hydraulic system,which leads to serious heat generation of the hydraulic pump,a hydraulic pressure that uses an accumulator and a hydraulic pump to work together is designed.In order to meet the control requirements of the system,a control system with upper and lower computer structure was designed,and completed the corresponding software and hardware development.(3)Research on system model and control strategy.By studying the working principle of the automatic control system,its model is builded.According to the control requirements of the intelligent paddy field rotary-leveling machine,selected PID,partition variable parameter PID,and Fuzzy-PID as the control strategies,and their simulation were built in MATLAB.Combined with the static leveling test,it is concluded that fuzzy-PID control is a better control strategy suitable for the system(4)Field trials.Under the conditions of different crops such as rice and wheat,different soil types such as sandy soil,clay soil,loam,the paddy field leveling experiment was carried out using the intelligent paddy field rotary-leveling machine.The test results show that the intelligent paddy field rotary-leveling machine has strong applicability and good leveling effect.The flatness of the paddy field after operation can reach about 3 cm,which can meet the agronomic requirements of rice production and planting. |
