Mechanization tillage of paddy field is the important workrice in production through mechanizatio.The effect of rototilling-tillage affects rice growing,field management,harvest and other operations segments.So far the cost of traditional tillage machinein is cheaper in mechanical equipment of paddy field tillage,however,.the effect of rototilling-tillage is limited;The planeness of rototilling-tillage is better by laser leveling machine,it is difficult to promote the application because of expensive price.Accordingly,This issue researches 1eveling system of paddy tiller,and the leveling device is controlled by applying electro-hydraulic control technology to improve the effect of rototilling-tillage and production efficiency.It has definite practical value.The main studying contents:(1)The planeness is quite bad by resulting the bottom uneven of paddy field and the vibration of tiller knife roller after rotary tillage,this issue builds 1eveling system of paddy tiller and achieves level adjustment of leveling device by applying electro-hydraulic control technology complete 3D modeling,mechanism interference checking,kinematics simulation by Pro/E.(2)This issue builds hydraulic system of 1eveling system by the analysis of control requirements and builds the physics model of hydraulic cylinder-reversing valve and determines regulating velocity of the hydraulic cylinder by means of flow of flowing into the hydraulic cylinder and completes parameter calculate of hydraulic components.Hydraulic system is driven by chain transmission of transmission ratio1:2.(3)This issue completes simulation of hydraulic system by SimHydraulics.The variable law of displacement,velocityd and flow with time are obtained on basis of the simulation results.This issue analysis the reliability of hydraulic cylinder by the means of the solenoid directional valve is controlled by simulation level signal.The magnetostriction velocityd of hydraulic cylinder is regulated 1.72cm/s、2.51cm/s by the means of the described temperature of hydraulic system.And the difference between simulation results and actual results is analyzed.( 4)According to the flat control requirements of level adjustment,this issue completes the circuit design of control system by single-chip microcomputeras controller and tilt sensor for detecting device,determines that the 12 V battery of tractor supply power for control system,completes the designand production ofcontrol circuit by Protel,determine the process shovel mechanism of control system.The subprogram is completed and compiled by Keil,including main program,display program,inclination measuring program and I2 C communication program.The debugging trials is completed according to hardware circuit.The results shows that control system could send control signal when the inclination is greater than the threshold value.( 5) The results shows that mechanical devices,hydraulic system and control system works properly and achieves adjustment of flat floor by comparedthe experiment between paddy tiller and the 1eveling system of paddy tiller.The flatness after plowing 2.20 cm,elevation difference distribution 81.8%,comparing to field rotary cultivator,the field surface roughness 34.3%,the elevation difference distribution increases 19.4%,and it basically can meet the agriculture requirment of rice planting.
