Mechanized operation of paddy field leveling is a key step in rice production.The quality of leveling operation has a certain impact on production cost and subsequent income The existing technology of paddy field ploughing and leveling is usually through the operation industry of the middle level of paddy field after the operation of the rotary cultivator.The price of the leveling machinery used is low and it is convenient to use,but the level effect is not good.After the plowing and leveling,the plane is difficult to reach the agricultural standard of rice planting.Laser leveling equipment adopts laser control technology to realize the high precision leveling operation of mechatronic hydraulic integration,which can be adjusted in real time during the operation process,with high efficiency and stable equipment,but its cost is expensive and there are many supporting equipment,which is not easy to promote and use.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a self leveling machine based on biaxial rotary tillage,which can not only make the leveling effect meet the rice planting standard,but also reduce the cost of rice planting and improve the planting yield.This subject has carried out the research of the double axis paddy field leveling machine,from the mechanical structure and control of the machine to design,in cooperation with the research of the existing technology at home and abroad,design the self balancing double axis rotary tillage paddy field leveling machine,under the control of the hydraulic system can effectively improve the quality of land preparation and production efficiency,save production costs.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the literature analysis of the current situation of paddy field leveler,according to the agricultural standards of paddy field planting in China,the overall structure of the double axis paddy field leveler is designed,the working principle of the double axis paddy field leveler is described,and the main technical parameters of the machine are determined.Through the initial design requirements,the working environment of the machine,the power consumption of the computer.Control the performance and effect of the whole structure,and optimize its structure.(2)According to the working requirements of each part of the machine,a reasonable scheme of hydraulic control system is designed.Firstly,the whole model of hydraulic system is built,and the parameters of hydraulic pump,hydraulic valve,hydraulic cylinder and other components are refined on the basis of practical requirements.And use AMESim software to analyze the whole hydraulic system,so that each hydraulic actuator can meet the actual situation in theory under the condition of electrical control.After the installation and debugging,the actual test is carried out,and the differences are analyzed.(3)According to the working requirements of each part of the machine,a reasonable electrical control system scheme is designed.By using the electric control box as the controller,the inclination angle is monitored by the inclination sensor,and the hydraulic cylinder is the actuator.According to the leveling requirements of the leveling board in the operation process,the closed-loop control process of the whole control system is analyzed,the selection of the inclination sensor is studied,its operation and circuit principle are understood,and the selection of the controller is compared and analyzed.The electric control regulating box processes the feedback data of different working conditions of the sensor in the working process of the machine and transmits it to each working hydraulic cylinder for action,so as to adjust the angle and floating height of the leveling plate in time and realize the self balance control of the hydraulic system.(4)In the field test of the two axis rotary tillage paddy field leveler,the flatness of the paddy field after tillage is taken as the measurement standard,the data is obtained by level measurement,and the data is processed and analyzed by MATLAB,the effect diagram of the flatness of the paddy field is obtained,and the flatness of the paddy field is calculated and analyzed by the general flatness detection method,and the flatness s=2.05cm is obtained.After verification,the paddy field evenness achieves the expected effect and meets the technical requirements of rice planting.
