With the rural reform and intensive production,planting machinery operating width is also increasing.Large-scale agricultural machinery into the agricultural production,Traditional tractors have been unable to adapt to wide-scale planters and transplanters.In thispaper,the research on the horizontal automatic control system of the tractor rotary tiller is carried out.In this paper,from the hardware and software aspects of the tractor rotarytiller hydraulic level automatic control system was designed.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)On the basis of studying the development of hydraulic level automatic control system technology at home and abroad,this paper studies the basic principle of hydrauli level automatic control system of tractor rotary tiller,and puts forward the research contents of this project.(2)Combining with the working characteristics of the three-point suspension mechanism of tractor,the automatic control scheme of double-cylinder and single – cylinder is analyzed.A new type of cylinder piston rod position sensor is designed,and the oil circuit of hydraulic system is designed.(3)In this paper,the electrical control system of the device is designed from two aspects: improving the reliability and adaptability.Select the sensor and other electrical components.Completed the PCB board production and circuit board welding,and the production of the controller.(4)The working principle of each level of the automatic control system is studied,and the mathematical model of the horizontal automatic control system is established.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to realize the automatic leveling,and the simulation model is built in MATLAB to carry on the theoretical analysis.(5)Developed an indoor simulation test bed.Conducted an indoor simulation experiment to prove the feasibility of the system.The automatic control system of the hydraulic level of the tractor cultivator based on the fuzzy PID has good adaptability to the plots and the reliability is improved.
