In order to clarify the distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in Korla fragrant pear orchards, and to understand soil nutrient abundance status or lack status as well as soil fertility obstacles, and to explore the differences in fertilizer requirements of Korla fragrant pear at different tree ages.On the one hand, the distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in Korla fragrant pear orchards at different tree ages were studied. On the other hand, the leaf nutrient contents of Korla fragrant pear in different age groups were studied, and the variation characteristics of leaf nutrient contents were statistically analyzed, which provided important technical guidance for scientific fertilization in Korla fragrant pear orchards. The research results were as follows:1.Selected Korla fragrant pear orchards with different tree ages(8-25 years),and gathered 0-30 cm soil samples, determined the contents of soil organic matter, available nutrients and micronutrients. The analysis showed that the contents of soil organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis N,available Fe and Mn werw gradually increased with tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing, but the differences of soil organic matter contents were gradually reduced between the different tree ages segments, the differences of alkaline hydrolysis N contents were different, and the differences of available Fe and Mn contents were not significant. With tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing, the contents of soil available P and Zn begin decreasing, and then follow increasing, but the differences of soil available P and Zn contents were not significant between the different tree ages segments. With tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing, the contents of soil available K and Cu begin increasing, and then follow decreasing, but the differences of soil available K contents were significant between the different tree ages segments, the differences of soil available Cu contents were not significant. The soil fertility of Korla fragrant pear orchard with different tree ages were generally low level, the contents of soil organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis N,available P and Cu were average levels, the contents of available K and Zn were abundant levels, the contents of available Fe and Mn were lack levels.2.The contents of N,P,K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ca,Mg and Zn in the leaves of Korla fragrant pear tree in different ages were determined in this paper. The analysis showed that the nitrogen contents of leaves were gradually reduced with tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing;the potassium contents of leaves were gradually increased with tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing. With tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing, the phosphorus and magnesium contents of leaves began decreasing, and then follow increasing, the calcium contents of leaves began increasing, and then follow decreasing, but the iron, manganese, copper and zinc contents of leaves performanced increase-decrease-increasing trend. With tree age of Korla fragrant pear increasing,The differences of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, iron, manganese and copper contents were gradually reduced between the different tree ages segments, the differences of calcium contents were significant, the differences of magnesium and zinc contents were not significant. The nutrient contents of leaves were basically identical between the different tree ages segments, the nitrogen, phosphorus, manganese, copper and zinc contents of leaves were in the Pear leaves nutrients suitable range, potassium and iron contents of leaves were higher than upper limit of pear leaves nutrients suitable range, manganese contents of leaves were lower than lower limit of pear leaves nutrients suitable range, calcium contents of leaves were deficiency state of pear leaves nutrients.3.Organic matter was the main limiting factor for the soil of Korla fragrant pear orchards, and the contents of alkali nitrogen, available iron and available manganese were relatively small. Therefore, increased the amount of organic fertilizer in Korla fragrant pear orchards, and increased the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and micro-fertilizer in a scientific and rational way,so as to improve the soil fertility of Korla fragrant pear orchards and maintain the balance of mineral nutrients in the leaves of Korla fragrant pear,in order to realize the goal of stable production and high yield.
