Research On Feature Variable Constructed Of Electrical Characteristics To Korla Fragrant Pear

Korla fragrant pear is a kind of characteristics fruit in Xinjiang.At present,harvest and postharvest processing of fragrant pear mainly refer to the fruit hardness and soluble solid content,which be detected by the destructive chemical detection is given priority to.Therefore,it is great significance to explore the nondestructive testing method between the fruit hardness and soluble solid content for industry development.In this paper,the fruit hardness,soluble solid content and the characteristics of electrical be studied in the process of Korla fragrant pear mature.It is intended to establish the mathematical relationship between electrical characteristic parameters and above two indicators of fragrant pear.It can provide the reference for fruit hardness and soluble solid content tested based on electrical properties of fragrant pear.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Voltage 0.1 V and frequency of 1 kHz is more reasonable electrical parameter test conditions for Korla fragrant pear in the test parameter range.(2)In the mature period,the range of physical and chemical parameters of Korla fragrant pear are as follows respectively.The fruit hardness is 4.22-8.51 kg/cm2.The soluble solid content is 11.02-14.91%.With the deepening of the mature fruit hardness decreases,soluble solids content increases gradually.(3)Under the conditions of test voltage 0.1 V and frequency of 1 kHz,there are good correlation between extracting the principal components F1 and fragrant pear fruit hardness and soluble solid content.The correlation coefficient were greater than 0.9.Based on electrical characteristics variable constructed,to establish the mathematical model of the fruit hardness,soluble solid content and electrical parameters.
