Korla fragrant pear is the main cultivated fruit tree in Xinjiang,with a long cultivation history and distinct regional characteristics.HPS microbial fertilizer has the effect of effectively improving soil fertility,promoting plant absorption,having quick effect,breaking knots,reducing salinity,improving quality and so on.This experiment was carried out in Korla 69,Group 2,Group Village,Yqi Township,Aksu Prefecture,Xinjiang.Comparative analysis of HPS microbial fertilizer and fertilizer to soil physical and chemical properties,soil enzyme activity,leaf traits,branch tree nutrition,fruit rate and fruit quality,aims to reveal the HPS microbial fertilizer to improve soil conditions,leaf nutrition and improve fruit quality,for HPS microbial fertilizer application and Korla pear soil fertilizer provide theoretical basis and reference.The main study results are as follows:(1)HPS microbial fertilizer has a significant effect on soil enzyme activity.In the 0-20cm soil layer,soil sucrase activity,amylase activity and alkaline phosphatase activity increased significantly with 250kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-100%fertilizer,and soil urease activity under 500kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-30%fertilizer treatment.In 20-40cm soil layer,soil sucrase activity was significantly improved under500kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-50%fertilizer treatment,and soil urease,amylase and alkaline phosphatase activities under 500kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-30%fertilizer treatment.(2)HPS microbial fertilizer has an obvious improvement effect on soil physicochemical properties.In the -20cm soil layer,Soil bulk capacity of different treatment and CK differences are not significant;The soil organic matter content increased significantly under the additional application of 500kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer treatment;Soil p H value reduction under the application of250kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer treatment;Soil water-soluble salt was decreased under 750kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer treatment;Soil alkali and nitrogen removal content increased under 250kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer treatment;Quick P and quick K increased significantly under 750kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-30%fertilizer treatment.In the 20-40cm soil layers,Adding 500kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer significantly reduced the soil bulk weight and water-soluble salt content under the treatment,Fast acting phosphorus and fast acting potassium increased significantly;Soil p H treatments were significantly higher than CK,The effect of bacterial fertilizer is not significant;The soil organic matter content increased significantly under 500kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-100%chemical fertilizer treatment;Soil alkaline nitrogen solution under 750kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-70%fertilizer treatment;In the 0-40cm soil layer,The soil water content was significantly improved under 750kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-70%chemical fertilizer treatment;The soil porosity increased significantly under treatment with500kg/667m~2HPS bacterial fertilizer-30%chemical fertilizer.(3)HPS microbial fertilizer had a significant effect on the leaf quality of Korla fragrant pear in different periods.HPS microbial fertilizer was significant for leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness and leaf area on May 22,but not significant for fresh weight,dry weight and specific leaf weight.On July 10,leaf length and thickness varied significantly,and all other leaf masses were insignificant.On August 19,the difference in all leaf quality was not significant.HPS microbial fertilizer significantly increased the total leaf chlorophyll b and chlorophyll amount,and the chlorophyll SPAD values increased with the investigation period,which significantly increased the chlorophyll SPAD values on July 10 and August 19.From May 22 to August 19,the leaf nutrient content of Korla pear orchard showed a downward trend,with significant nutrient content in different periods,which increased significantly compared with CK,and the length,thickness and section length of branches were also significantly improved.(4)HPS microbial fertilizer improves fruit sitting rate;different HPS microbial fertilizer has different effects on fruit quality,750kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-70%fertilizer,500kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-100%k g/667m~2HPS fertilizer-the largest diameter,single fruit weight,and the best effect of Korla pear fruit appearance.Fruit soluble sugar content was highest in 750kg/667m~2HPS fertilizer-50%fertilizer treatment,and vitamin C content was significantly increased under 250kg/667m~2 PS fertilizer-30%fertilizer treatment.
