For a long time,due to special geology,chemical fertilizer use,industrial pollution,etc.,many people in the country,especially those far away from the city,cannot drink high-quality drinking water.Before 2005,China began to develop drinking water safety projects in rural areas in the western region.By 2015,the construction of rural drinking water projects in various provinces and cities will gradually develop.In 2015,Hongze District of Jiangsu Province began to develop safe drinking water projects in some areas of Hongze District under such a large background.However,due to low investment,small scale,many disturbance factors,and weak construction,the drinking water safety project The quality is not high,the construction progress is slow,and the construction period is prolonged,so that the state investment has not really played a role,and the people have not enjoyed the benefits in time.In order to make the national funds work more effectively,the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiangsu Province specially proposed and approved the construction of the "13th Five-Year" Rural Drinking Water Safety Improvement Project of Hongze.The"13th Five-Year" Rural Drinking Water Safety Project of Hongze is the vast majority of Hongze District.The people provide quality and safe drinking water.The project has invested a total of 149 million yuan.The construction of this project has certain economic benefits and good social benefits,and more importantly,social benefits.It is expected that in the next few years,the state will increase investment in rural drinking water projects,and various provinces and cities will build a large number of rural drinking water safety improvement projects,which will completely solve the drinking water safety problems of the people in special rural areas.The Hongze District Government has high requirements for the construction quality and construction period of Hongze's "13th Five-Year" rural drinking water safety project.The progress management of the project is much more main control object of the project department.The progress control is not only inseparable from the project quality management,but also directly related to the cost of the project construction.On the basis of the schedule management of conventional engineering projects,we explored a new way to control the construction progress of rural drinking water safety projects,which is of great significance and reference value for the construction of drinking water projects in various provinces in the future.This paper investigates the construction background of Hongze's "13th Five-Year" rural drinking water safety project,analyzes the difficulties,this difficulties may be encountered in the project schedule management process control,or lay stress on the importance and significance of the project schedule management.We use today's advanced The theoretical methods and means of progress management are controlled and controlled by the progress of the project,and analyzed and summarized.This project uses WBS work decomposition and critical path method CPM to analyze the network structure.After optimization and adjustment,a more scientific and reasonable project schedule management plan is obtained,which maximizes the efficiency and makes the project reasonable and scientific.The method is to shorten the construction period as much as possible,so that the milestone node plan can be smoothly implemented.According to the specific conditions of the "13th Five-Year" rural drinking water safety project and the collected progress data parameters,the progress process control is carried out according to the project's overall schedule and milestone plan.The project also uses the scientific methods such as network diagram,S-curve and forward line to comprehensively analyze the main construction process,that is,the construction of the main pipeline,and compare the actual implementation of the project with the plan,and analyze the reasons for the deviation.Select effective schedule control methods and measures to improve,and finally achieve the expected effect of the project's schedule management.
