| As an important part of China’s agricultural economy,the pig industry presents the pattern of scattered breeding,intensive and large-scale breeding.In recent years,with the increasingly stringent environmental protection policies of China’s pig industry,the transformation and upgrading of the pig industry and other situations,China’s pig industry ushered in a high-quality development stage.As a biological asset,live pig is vulnerable to external factors,and the price of live pig fluctuates periodically,which will have a certain impact on the production and sales of enterprises.Enterprises with weak market risk resistance are easy to withdraw from the market.Profit quality is the key to evaluate a company’s sustainable operation,so it is particularly important to study the profit quality level of pig market enterprises.In this context,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on profit quality,this paper briefly expounds the concept and related theories of profit quality,and then combines with the characteristics of pig industry,follows the principle of index selection,selects 15 indexes from five aspects of profitability,stability,growth,cash security and safety to build a multi-level profit quality evaluation system System.Then,take my company as the case study object,select the financial indicators from 2015 to 2019,first analyze the single index of the company’s profit quality,then use the Entropy TOPSIS method to make horizontal comparison and vertical analysis on my company’s profit quality,and finally get the comprehensive level of my company’s profit quality.The results show that the profit quality of my company is high in the industry,but it fluctuates greatly.The safety of its profit quality is poor,the profitability and stability fluctuate greatly,the main business is fragile,the asset turnover is slow,and the ability to resist market risk is weak.My company should improve its profit quality by optimizing the capital structure,improving the efficiency of asset use,highlighting the main business,adjusting the profit structure and other means,so as to realize the stable growth of profit quality,provide assistance for the sustainable development of the company,and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. |
