Preparation Of Enzymolysis Dandelion And Its Effect On Growth Performance And Immune Function Of Broilers | Posted on:2022-01-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Zhao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2493306527990299 | Subject:Master of Agriculture | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | The purpose of this experiment is to study the preparation of enzymolysis dandelion and its effect on the growth performance and immune function of broilers,in order to provide data support and theoretical basis for the in-depth development and utilization of dandelion resources.In the experiment,the polysaccharide content(mg/g)was used as an indicator,and a single factor combined with Box-Behnken response surface test was used to prepare the enzymolysis dandelion products;the monosaccharide composition of dandelion crude polysaccharide and enzymolysis dandelion crude polysaccharide was analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry was used to analyze the composition of secondary metabolites of dandelion water extract and enzymolysis dandelion water extract.A total of 120 1-day-old broilers were selected,using a completely random design,and divided into 3 treatment groups.The control group was fed with a basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 1000 mg/kg unenzymolysis dandelion products and 1000 mg/kg enzymolysis dandelion products,5 replicates in each treatment,8 chickens in each replicate,and reared for 42 days.The effect of adding ED to the diet on the growth performance and immune function of broilers was studied.The results showed that:1.The best process is: use pectinase to hydrolyze dandelion,add 10% of the auxiliary wheat bran,enzymolysis time of 12.3 h,enzymolysis temperature of 57.6℃,and pectinase addition of 1532 U/g and water content is 55%.Under this condition,the polysaccharide yield of enzymolysis dandelion products is the highest,which can reach 218.21 mg/g,which is 78.09% higher than the 122.53 mg/g before enzymolysis.The main effect relationship that affects the content of enzymolysis dandelion products polysaccharide is:water content> enzymolysis temperature> enzymolysis time> enzyme addition amount.2.Through enzymolysis,the monosaccharide composition of dandelion polysaccharide is changed,the content of mannose,rhamnose,galactose,and xylose is increased,fucose is produced,and the content of glucose and arabinose is reduced.A total of 106 flavonoids were identified from the EDW,including 77 glycoside compounds and19 aglycon compounds,and 75 phenolic acid compounds were also identified.3.There is no significant difference in broiler bottom weight(FBW)between the three treatment groups(P>0.05).Adding 1000 mg/kg ED to the diet has a decreasing trend for the feed gain ratio(F/G)in the early stage of the test(P=0.08),and can significantly increase the serum IGF-1 content on 21 d and 42 d(P<0.01).The decrease in F/G in the ED group may be related to the increase in ADG caused by the increase in growth-promoting factor IGF-1.On the 21 st day,the content of D-LA in the serum of broilers in the ED group is significantly lower than that in the control group and UED group(P<0.01),and the content of Ig G and IL-10 are significantly higher than those in the control group and UED group(P<0.01).At 42 days,the Ig G content of broilers in the ED group is significantly higher than that in the control and UED groups(P<0.01).In general,adding enzymolysis dandelion products to the diet can improve the growth performance of broilers,protect the intestinal mucosa,and enhance immune function. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Enzymolysis dandelion products, Polysaccharides, Monosaccharide composition, Secondary metabolites, Broiler chickens, Growth performance, Immune function | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
