288three-line crossbred (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) weanning pigs were randomly assigned to9treatments and each treatment had4replicates with8piglet per replicate:1-based diet group(CR),2-based diet+antibiotic group(ANT),3-based diet+0.08%ABPS added group,4-based diet+0.08%APS added group,5-based diet+0.08%ABPS+0.08%APS added group,6-based diet+0.08%AMP added group,7-based diet+0.08%ABPS+0.08%AMP added group,8-based diet+0.08%APS+0.08%AMP added group,9-based diet+0.08%ABPS+0.08%APS+0.08%AMP added group.The experiment was divided into two phase,28days in all:the first phase(1-14days after weaning),the second phase(15-28days after weaning).The purpose of this experiment was to dicuss the effects of ABPS,APS,AMP on growth and immune function,so as to provide the theoretical support for developing harmless, green, safe animal addictive.The present research consisted of three parts as follows:Experiment I was used to evaluate effects of ABPS,APS,AMP on growth performance for weaned pigs.In contrast to CR,addition of ABPS,AMP,APS could not affect significantly on ADG,ADFI, F/G,but diarrhea rate was decreased significantly(P<0.05). The addition of ABPS,AMP and APS combined significantly increased ADG in comparison with CR(P<0.05) and the performance indicators were better than ANT,so it had the most result. Addition of two kinds of ABPS,AMP, APS had a tendency to improve weaned pig performance than using polysaccharides alone,but the effect was not significant(P>0.05),both of them did not show the interactions.Experiment II was used to evaluate effects of ABPS,APS,AMP on immune fuction for weaned pigs.In contrast to CR, addition of ABPS,AMP,APS could increase the spleen index, the index of mesenteric lymph nodes, chin lymph node index, index of inguinal lymph node, the concentrations of IgG,lgM,C3,C4. Addition of plant polysaccharides group increased lymphocyte proliferation of peripheral blood significantly (P<0.05)and the concentrations of IL-2,1L-1β,TNF,IFN-γ.Among them, The addition of ABPS,AMP and APS combined had the most effects.some of ABPS,APS, AMP showed the interactions.Experiment Ⅲ was used to evaluate effects of ABPS,APS,AMP on gene expression of IL-1β,IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α、IFN in Jejunum mucosa, mesenteric lymph node for weaned pigs.Gene expression of TNF、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IFN-yin Jejunum mucosa, mesenteric lymph node of addition of ABPS,AMP,APS were higher than CR, The addition of ABPS, AMP and APS combined was increased significantly (P<0.05).It was concluded that:addition of ABPS,AMP,APS could promote growth Performance, enhance immune function,decrease diarrhea rate, promote the immune organ development, increase the concentrations of IgG,IgM,C3,C4. It could take immunity regulatory role by raising gene expression of IL-1(3, IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α、IFN and promoting the secretion of cytokines.
