performance,serum biochemical index and fecal microbial flor of sows and piglet.The test is divided into two parts:Experiment 1 Effect of intestinal healthcare medicament on production performance and fecal microbial flora in lactating sowsIn this trial,50 pigs with similar fetal body conditions and healthy growth were selected,and one pig was raised in a single column.Each pig was repeated and randomly divided into two groups.The newborn piglets began at 7 days of age,and 20 litters of piglets in the test group(named:mother pigs added group)and 10 litters of piglets in the control group(named:piglet added group)began to add the weaning transition intestinal healthcare medicament dilution until the piglets were 21 days old.Weaning at the age;other piglets were not treated.The other 10 litters of piglets in the experimental group were named as the sow-added group,and the other 10 litters of the control group were still in the control group.This study was designed to investigate the effects of intestinal healthcare medicament on lactating sow production performance and fecal microflora.The results show:1.The incidence of intestinal healthcare medicament decreased by 8.46%(P>0.05),and other reproductive performance indicators did not improve.2.Compared with the control group,the diarrhea rate of the female pig-added group and the sow-added group was significantly lower(P<0.01);the mortality rate of the female pig-added group was significantly lower(P<0.01).3.Compared with the control group,the number of lactobacilli in the feces increased by 10.72%on the 21st day after birth in the sow diet supplemented with the intestinal healthcare medicament.Experiment 2 Effect of intestinal healthcare medicament on performance,serum biochemical parameters and fecal microbial flora of weaned pigletsIn the growth and conservation phase,the weaned piglets in the experiment 1 were grouped unchanged,and the groups were randomly divided into columns,with 15 replicates per column.Wean piglet supplement group(n=6)and piglet supplement group(n=6)weaned piglet diet plus weaned transition intestinal healthcare medicament;sow added group(n=6)and control group(n=6)were fed Basic diet.An additional 6 replicates of the experiment 1 sow pig add group were additionally supplemented with a combination of Bacillus subtilis and plant essential oil.Forty-nine days throughout the trial period,piglets were given ad libitum access and free access to water.The aim was to study the effects of intestinal healthcare medicament on performance,serum biochemical parameters and fecal microflora in weaned piglets.The test results are as follows:1.Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of the female pig-added group,the sow-added group and the piglet-added group increased(P>0.05);the average daily gain of the added composite preparation group increased by 16.64%.2.The diarrhea rate in the female pig-added group and the piglet-added group was significantly lower than that in the sow-added group,while the sow-added group was significantly lower than the control group.There was no significant difference in mortality between the groups(P>0.05).The mortality rate of the composite preparation group decreased by 49.69%.3.Serum alanine aminotransferase activity was significantly lower in the female pig-added group than in the sow-added group(P<0.05).The serum URAC content in the piglet-added group and the piglet-added group decreased by 21.02%and 12.65%,respectively(P>0.05).The levels of glucose and calcium in the serum of the three treatment groups increased(P>0.05).The content of Ca was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.The addition of intestinal healthcare medicament to the sows and the addition of intestinal health supplements to piglets significantly improved the apparent digestibility of dry matter,protein,energy and fat(P<0.05).5.The sow added intestinal healthcare medicament and the piglet added intestinal healthcare medicament showed a significant interaction between the number of bifidobacteria in the 70-day-old feces and the 70-day-old fecal bacillus in weaned piglets.The sows were not added and the piglets were added with intestinal healthcare medicament.Can increase the number of bifidobacteria,adding sows without adding piglets can significantly increase the number of Bacteroides;piglets add intestinal healthcare medicament in 28-day-old piglet feces in Bifidobacteria,Bacillus and Bacteroides,35-day-old feces in lactic acid Bacillus,Bifidobacterium and Bacillus,the main effect of the change in the number of Bacteroides in stools at 70 days of age,and the addition of intestinal healthcare medicament to piglets to increase Bifidobacteria,Bacillus and Bacteroides in the feces of 28-day-old piglets,35 days old The number of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacteria and Bacillus in feces reduced the number of Bacteroides in feces at 70 days of age.In summary,intestinal healthcare medicament can improve piglet performance,improve piglet health,reduce piglet diarrhea rate and mortality;improve protein,energy and other nutrient digestibility,improve protein digestion and absorption capacity;improve the microbial flora of feces. |
