| This study is to investigate the infection of intestinal parasite and ectoparasite of Zhaowuda Mutton Sheep in two pasturing areas in north Chifeng within one year,so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control of parasitic diseases of mutton sheep in these area.In different seasons,1251 Zhaowuda Mutton Sheep feces samples were collected from Balin Right Banner and Keshiketeng Banner, and the ova of digestive nematode, tapeworm and coccidium were detected with saturated saline floating method. The digestive nematode and ectoparasite were collected for morphological observation and identified by ocular observation and biological microscope. The results showed that the infection rate of intestinal parasite was 25.02%,among which nematode, tapeworm and coccidium parasite was 18.78%,5.12% and 4.80% respectively. The ectoparasite infection rate of sheep was 5.20%,in which ticks and psoroptes ovis parasite was 3.20%and 2.00% respectively. The parasitic infection rate of mutton sheep was correlated with seasonal change, weather temperature, rainfall and snow conditions.According to the law of parasitic infection of mutton sheep in these area,it is recommended to carry out three times of concentrated disinfestation in mid-February,mid-July and early or mid-December.Ivermectin has a significant insecticidal effect on digestive tract nematodes.Research showed that the Zhaowuda Mutton Sheep parasite infection rate of north Chifeng Balin Right Banner and Keshiketeng Banner pastoral areas of is higher, the intestinal parasite should given priority to nematode, tapeworm and coccidium infection, and the ectoparasites should include ticks and psoroptes ovis, parasitic infections associated with seasonal climate. The effect of application of Ivermectin in nematodes insecticide at spring, summer and winter in one year is remarkable. |
