This paper takes the Ejin Horo coal mining area reclamation soil and farmland soil of Dalad Banner as the research object, through the way of field survey sampling and laboratory analysis, field sampling and indoor test the soil of mining area of Ejin Horo Banner in 2012-2013, compare with the control points in Dalad Banner, and puts forward some suggestions of soil reclamation. The household surveys of surrounding farmers show out the basic information of farmland. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) By determining and analysis the content of the organic matter and the total measurement of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the soil of the studying area in the year of 2012-2014, the result shows that the coal mining of the studying area lead to the changes of soil nutrient content around. Compare with the soil of the cultivated, the soil nutrients of the mine reclamation area is more higher. And the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus was inversely proportional to the depth of the soil layer, and the content of total potassium in the soil is proportional to it.(2)In the years of 2012-2014, the soil organic matter of the dry land in reclamation area decreased first and then increased, the soil organic matter of the bare land there increased first and then decreased, and the other types of land are kept reducing. The total nitrogen of the shrub land and mining land stayed at a stable level, the total nitrogen of irrigated land and bare land increased first and then decreased, the total nitrogen of natural pasture decreased first and then increase, and the dry land kept decreasing. The total phosphorus in soil of the irrigated land was increase first and then decrease, the total phosphorus of mining land kept decreasing, and the other types of land were decrease first and then increasing.(3)Analysis results show that the influence of the land use type to the soil organic matter is very obvious, and the influence also can be seen on the soil total potassium. But the soil nitrogen and total phosphorus are not affected by land use almost. The content of organic matter and total potassium in the soil of the Dalad flag sample area is less affected by the land use pattern, and soil total nitrogen and total potassium content were almost not influenced by land use.
