The process of seeding was a critical link in agricultural production,which had an important impact on the growth of crops.The precision planters were widely used in China,but the operation of seeding could not be detected in time.In order to ensure the quality of the operation for seeding,the monitor of parameters for the seeding machineries were necessary.This study used self-developed seeding test platform,photoelectric sensors,4G wireless communication technology,STM32 microcontroller etc.Application of Java and JavaScript language mixed programming technology established a system for sowing of seeds which had the functions of real-time detection,the comprehensive monitor of the parameters for seeding and real time display for the quality results of sowing.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Determined the design plan of the system for sowing of seeds.The hardware part mainly included the data detection of the lower computer,the real-time data transmission,the module of data analysis for host computer.(2)Established the hardware platform for the service system of sowing of seeds.At the base of seeding test platform detected the data of seeding parameter by photoelectric seeding parameter detection sensors.The STM32F103ZET6 was selected to be the master computer and established the minimum system to collected and processed the data of sowing parameters,and communicated with PC by the model of 4G-DTU.(3)Used the frame of SSM,the programming method which blended the Java and JavaScript based on the platform of IntelliJ IDEA to designed the page of the system which of sowing seeds.Provided the real-time visual job quality information for users.Through the tested of system,the real-time and reliability of 4G-DTU in the SSM-based online monitoring service system for seeding operation quality selected in this article,met the requirement of the online supervision service system,able to accurately and intuitively observed the operation of seeding,this system could make the sow more automatic,more informational.
