4BQD-40Pneum-seeding is a kind of machine that can spray the grass-seeds and shrubs-seeds in the ground by using high-speed airflow.This machine is mainly used for control sand and forestation, grassland construction in our desert and semi-desert region, and it has made a great contribution for the improvement of grassland ecological environment.However, after years of application many problems appear in the homework process of machine, for instance, the serious replay, leakage sowing seeds cause the uneven distribution phenomenon and have the bad effect on the sowing quality.For the above phenomenon in the homework process of4BQD-40Pneum-seeding, we improved the machine.The research contents and conclusion of this paper is as follows:1. The feasibility study of changing the reciprocate switch of nozzle as motionlessFirst on the base of pneumatic conveying principle and particle dynamics principle, we analyze the movement trajectory of single seed respectively in the horizontal, vertical and inclined tube.With a single seed analysis as a precondition, we study the movement trajectory of seed group in the horizontal, vertical, inclined feed tubes and the maximum velocity of seed group, in three kinds of seed tube.From three respects of the entire system pressure loss, the speed of seed-movement, seed width after the spray sowing seeds, we discuss the feasibility that reciprocating swing spray cylinder working condition will be changed to motionless.2. The design of new nozzleIn order to make the air flow can be evenly distributed throughout the cavity, we design linear guide plate and U guide plate in the new-designed nozzle, and change the exit of the nozzle from round to flat rectangular.3.The design of transmission systemAfter changed the tube working condition to motionless, we need improve the complex transmission system of original machine.The improved transmission system is adopted the two-stage benchmark of narrow V belt, and it is suitable for the tractor with power output shaft of540r/min,720r/min.The first level drive is shared under the two speed, and the second drive will change the speed by the combination of pulleys form.Compare with the original machine the improved system is more simple on the structure, lower cost, and improving the working reliability of the machine. AT the same time we have made the corresponding improvement of the support system and seed box.4. Experimental analysisThen we compared the results of the new type nozzle and the original aimed at the uniformity, the replay and leak phenomenon.The test results showed that4BQD-40Pneum-seeding adopted new nozzle completely solved the replay and leakage problems in the spray homework, that made the Spraing seeding-Machine implement the sow uniform, and improved the working performance and sowing quality.
