38In order to explore the cultivation measures to improve the yield and quality of winter wheat,thisexperiment was carried out at the Experimental Base of Shanxi Agricultural University,Wenxi County,Shanxi Province from 2016 to 2018.The field trial was conducted with Liangxing 99.The aim was to make clear the effect of different cultivation measures soil moisture,growth and development characteristics,nitrogen transport,yield and quality formation of winter wheat.The main results are as follows?1?Compared with drilling sowing,wide space sowing significantly increased the soil water consumption in the growing stage,soil water consumption ratio,soil water consumption ratio of 0-200 cm depth from wintering stage-jointing stage;increased tiller dynamics at different growth stage,especially at the middle and late growth stages;significantly increased the leaf area in the late growth stage of winter and plant dry matter quality in jointing stage-maturing stage,significantly increased the number of fertile spikelets decreased infertile spikelets.Promote nitrogen accumulation in plants at various growth stages,increase the amount of nitrogen accumulation before flowering;significantly increase nitrogen absorption efficiency by 50%,nitrogen production efficiency by 51%,nitrogen harvest index,and increase nitrogen use efficiency.From 2016 to 2018,the number of spikes and yield were significantly increased,and the number of spikes was increased by 22% and 46%,respectively,and the yield was 25% and 55%.The water use efficiency was significantly increased by 33%.?2?Compared with drilling sowing,wide space sowing significantly Significantly increased grain albumin 13%,gliadin 14%,glutenin 17%,total protein 14%,Glu/Gli 3%;increased wet gluten content 23%,water absorption 14%,development time 28%,stability time 40%,farinograph Quality Number 37%,and the softening degree is reduced.Under different sowing methods,the yield and the water consumption during the growth period,pre-anthesis accumulated nitrogen translocation,ear number,and grain number per spike were significantly or significantly positively correlated.Protein content and water consumption during the growth period,and pre-anthesis accumulated nitrogen translocation,Glu/Gli,wet gluten content,water absorption,farinograph Quality Number were significantly or significantly positively correlated.Glu/Gli and water consumption during the growth period,pre-anthesis accumulated nitrogen translocation,wet gluten content,water absorption,development time,farinograph Quality Number were significantly or significantly positively correlated.?3?The wide space sowing and 300kg·hm-2 was beneficial to increase the water consumption during the growth period and soil water consumption ratio,increased the number of tillers,increase the plantheight and leaf area,and improve the dry matter quality of the plants,especially in the later stage of growth.The number of fertile spikelets can be increased,the number of infertile spikelets can be reduced,the ear number can be increased,the yield can be increased,and the water use efficiency can be improved.The nitrogen accumulation in each growth period can be increased,the contribution rate of nitrogen operation before flowering can be increased,and nitrogen can be increased.Absorption efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer production efficiency,increased grain protein and component contentIn conclusion,different sowing methods have different effects on the yield and quality of winter wheat.Wide space sowing in Jinnan area is beneficial to the growth and development of winter wheat,improving N uptake at different growing stage,ultimately increasing yield and improving quality.The wide space sowing and 300kg·hm-2 was beneficial to increase water consumption during the growth period,increase the tiller dynamics,promote nutrient operation,increase yield and grain protein content.
