Study On Influencing Factors And Coping Strategies Of Regional Differences In Public Crisis Of Animal Epidemic In China

China has a vast territory and abundant resources,but the economic development between regions is very unbalanced,especially in the areas of agriculture and aquaculture are very different.Animal disease caused by public crisis,therefore,regional differences,so ask the government to do adjust measures to local conditions,in terms of animal disease prevention and control on the basisof the public policy according to different regional economic development leveland the situation of infection and spread disease is suitable for the region characteristic of epidemic prevention methods,therefore,adopt the scientific methodto accurately compare each animal epidemic area of the regional differences,the key influence factors of regional differences in animal epidemics,adoptthe partition management way to solve the animal epidemic situation of public crisis for animal epidemic prevention and control in our country has very important practical significance.This paper firstly defines the concepts related to public crisis of animal epidemic,and analyzes the regional management and prevention and control measures of animal epidemic according to the theories of public crisis management,regional management and public policy.Is adopted in this paper,based on the index of the animal epidemic diseases in 31 provinces in China in the area ofanimal epidemic diseases risk classification processing,and then using the method of Arc GIS standard deviation ellipse for animal disease in China difference has carried on the analysis of the spatial distribution of public crisis,and then studies the influence factors of the regional differences,the influence factors byusing STATA software regression analysis.The results showed that: forestcoverage rate,unit land waste water discharge,ratio of animal scale breeding households,stockbreeding rate,per capita animal breeding quantity,constructionratio of animal husbandry and veterinary station and proportion of technicians all hadsignificant influence on the regional differences of animal epidemic diseases.Finally,relevant Suggestions are put forward according to the public policy.
