Research On The Guidance Of Internet Public Opinions On The Public Crisis Of Animal Epidemics

With the advancement of my country’s social modernization process,freedom,equality,openness,and autonomy have also become part of the basic values of society.With the development of Internet information technology,public opinion platforms are popularized by individuals in society,and there is no possibility of blocking and controlling the occurrence of public crises in animal epidemics.,The right to speak is no longer determined by actual power,status or other realistic factors.There is no absolute power to dominate public opinion,even if the government wants to exercise complete control of public opinion,it is difficult to achieve.Given that the public crisis of the epidemic situation will threaten the long-term stability of the country and society,the increasingly complex network environment gradually magnifies the power of public opinion.Therefore,understand the characteristics of the public opinion structure of the animal epidemic public crisis network and analyze the network structure of the animal epidemic public crisis network,It is of time significance to study the relationship and communication characteristics between different subjects within it,and to put forward suggestions on how to conduct network public opinion based on this.This article uses the “H7N9” incident and “the Huangpu River dead pig ”incident as double cases to study the public opinion of the animal epidemic public crisis.Based on the life cycle theory,it analyzes it in stages,and uses the social network analysis tool UCINET software to draw the double case network.The public opinion dissemination integrates the network map,and analyzes the five dimensions of the public opinion data generated by it,including network density,intermediate centrality,core-edge,access degree,and proximity centrality.The actors in the public opinion network are divided into government agencies,The news media and netizens conduct research on three types of subjects,and put forward suggestions for guiding public opinion on the animal epidemic public crisis on the Internet according to the subjects.It provides a certain reference meaning for the government’s animal epidemic public crisis online public opinion guidance,which is also the significance of this paper.
