Research On Measurement Evaluation And Realization Path Of Inclusive Green Growth In Rural Areas

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the income distribution gap between urban and rural areas has widened,the growth rate of rural people’s livelihood and welfare has slowed down,the pension problem has gradually intensified,and environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.The Central Committee’s No.1document and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China incorporated the rural revitalization strategy into the national strategy,and put forward the argument that the development of agriculture and rural areas should be given priority,which shows the determination of the Party Central Committee to solve the "three rural" issues.This article innovatively chooses rural areas to study inclusive green growth.The connotation of inclusive green growth matches the rural revitalization strategy in terms of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,effective governance,and affluent life,which is in line with the reality of China’s rural development.Therefore,the research on rural inclusive green growth is of great value and significance.Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy and socialist economic development theory with Chinese characteristics,the thesis analyzes inclusive green growth theoretically,and from the five dimensions of inclusive green growth-economic growth,social equity,people’s livelihood and welfare,green production,Environmental protection analyzes the status quo of rural economic development,thereby revealing the increasingly prominent reality of the inadequate and unbalanced development of rural areas and the increasingly prominent contradiction between people’s yearning for a better life.Then based on the actual situation of rural economic development,18 indicators were selected,and the entropy method was used to establish a rural inclusive green growth indicator system.The rural inclusive green growth level in 31 provinces and regions in my country was measured,evaluated,differentiated,and restricted.Explore.On the basis of theoretical analysis,calculation and evaluation,four paths to realize inclusive green growth in rural areas were further explored: production efficiency-driven growth,endogenous power growth,green investment growth,and comprehensive growth.In order to achieve inclusive and green growth in rural areas,it is necessary to accelerate the adjustment of agricultural structure,promote agricultural modernization,improve the income distribution system,solve the problems of people’s livelihood,strengthen the level of rural education,increase publicity and training,improve the environmental protection system,and promote the construction of beautiful villages.,Improve the rural governance structure,make use of the government’s long-term mechanism and other aspects to formulate relevant countermeasures.
