At present,China has made great progress in the process of modernization,the economic level of residents has been continuously improved,and the spiritual needs of residents have been increasing.As an important public infrastructure,urban parks and green spaces play a role in providing residents with a leisure and recreation environment and improving the quality of life of residents.The rapid development of urban development and construction,and the large increase in urban population,will cause environmental pollution and other problems.Therefore,China has introduced a series of policies to put forward requirements for the construction of park green spaces.The construction of urban parks and green spaces has been further promoted under the call to build a "national forest city".With the improvement of the material level of Chinese residents,the demand for park green space is also increasing,and residents not only need to enjoy park green space services,but also need to allocate park green space resources fairly.At present,the research on the fairness of park green space in China only stays at a single level of fairness evaluation,which cannot comprehensively reflect the fairness of park green space supply.Therefore,an integrated model is urgently needed to evaluate the current situation of the fairness of the supply of green space in the park.From the perspective of spatial justice,this thesis studies the fairness of park green space supply for the elderly among urban vulnerable groups,and discusses the fairness of urban park green space supply from three levels:At the level of social equity,taking per capita equality as the evaluation goal of park green space supply fairness,the Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient methods were used to evaluate the equilibrium between park green space area supply and the distribution of elderly population in the street,and evaluate the fairness of park green space supply for vulnerable groups at the macro level.At the level of spatial equity,the weak inclination is taken as the evaluation goal of the fairness of park green space supply,and the 2SFCA is used at the street scale to evaluate the matching between urban park green space supply and the demand of the elderly population,calculate the accessibility and fairness of park green space for the elderly population,and evaluate the fairness of park green space supply for vulnerable groups at the spatial level.At the level of social justice,the optimal configuration is used to evaluate the goal,and the spatial differentiation of park green space in the elderly population is studied by using the location entropy method,and the fairness of park green space supply for vulnerable groups is evaluated at the level of social justice.Taking Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example,the results show that:The fairness of the supply of park green space for the elderly population in Chaoyang District of Beijing is generally not ideal,the supply fairness of the central area is high,the supply fairness of the surrounding area is poor,and the supply fairness of park green space for the elderly population in the northeast area is the worst.At the level of social equity,there is a certain degree of unfairness in the distribution of park green space resources in the elderly population in Chaoyang District,Beijing,and the elderly population generally enjoys less park green space resources.In terms of spatial fairness,the accessibility of green spaces in the park for the elderly population in the central area of Chaoyang District is generally higher and the fairness is better,while the fairness of other areas is poor.At the level of social justice,the density of elderly population in the western part of Chaoyang District is large,but the allocation of park green space is reasonable,and the density of elderly population in the northeast area is low,and there is an oversupply phenomenon in the supply of park green space.This thesis evaluates the fairness of urban park green space supply from the perspective of public management discipline,puts forward the concepts of park green space supply fairness and vulnerable groups in the field of public management,constructs a park green space supply evaluation model that includes three levels: social equity,spatial fairness and social justice,and enriches the research content of park green space in the field of public management.Taking spatial justice as the research perspective,this thesis empirically studies the fairness of park green space supply for the elderly population in Chaoyang District,Beijing,and pays attention to the fairness of park green space for vulnerable groups,which makes up for the lack of attention to vulnerable groups in existing studies.Finally,targeted suggestions for the optimization of park green space are put forward at the levels of social equity,spatial fairness and social justice with the goals of per capita equality,weak tilt and optimization configuration. |
