With the development of walnut industry in China,effective harvest has become a problem with the increase of walnut planting area.In the past,most harvesting methods used manual labor,which was not only inefficient,but also hidden in safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a walnut harvester with high efficiency and suitable for southwest hilly areas.Based on the principle of forest fruit vibration,this article focuses on the research related to the vibration device of the walnut harvester,including the following parts:(1)After the entity measurement of the"Chuan Zao No.1"walnut tree,the three-dimensional entity model of the walnut tree is implemented in the UG software according to the measured parameters.Imported into Workbench software,and then conducted modal analysis and harmonious response analysis,and obtained the optimal vibration frequency of15.4Hz,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of vibration devices.(2)Using the principle of dynamics between the fruit and the fruit stalk,the movement state of the walnut fruit during the vibrational harvesting process and the state of detachment from the fruit stalk are analyzed.It was concluded that the inertial force was determined by the forced oscillation angleθof the fruit,and the maximum displacement occurred at the amplitude S_m=12mm on the side branches of walnut trunk.Then,designed a three-dimensional simple model of the vibrating walnut harvester,calculate the clamping force of the clamping mechanism,and design and model the frame.(3)Based on the tree model analysis and the three-dimensional simple model of the vibrating walnut harvester,complete the specific structural design of the vibration device,design and compare the vibration schemes of the eccentric blocks in the three types of vibration devices,and then select the eccentric block 1,6 or eccentric block 3,4 As the vibration mode,perform parameter design calculation on the eccentric block,and use Workbench to perform finite element analysis and static analysis on the designed eccentric block.The results show that the design can meet the stability of the eccentric block in the vibration device.Related parts such as hydraulic motors.gear shafts and bearing keys are used for parameter design and check calculation,and the design of corresponding components is completed.(4)In Workbench software,the optimal clamping height under different conditions is500mm and the excitation force is 2000N by using the harmonic response analysis method.In Adams software,the motion simulation analysis of the single and biaxial eccentric block vibration device is obtained the best vibration mode is a single-axis eccentric block vibration device,which makes a similar linear motion,the single-axis vibration mode is selected for the vibration device in this paper.After establishing the vibration device and the trunk model,Adams software simulation analysis is used to select the eccentric block 1,6 or a combination of 3 and 4 to obtain a tree trunk centroid motion trajectory diagram showing a similar linear motion,which proves that the vibration device designed in this paper is theoretically feasible and provides a theoretical reference for subsequent processing and production.
