Xinjiang is the largest walnut producing areas,but the walnut harvest mainly rely on manual,labor-intensive,low productivity,the urgent need to implement the walnut harvest mechanization.In thispaper,use the methods of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis combining,according to the principleof mechanical vibrations designed a orchard walnut offset crank slider vibration harvesting device,analysisand processing the harvesting device were offset crank slider mechanism motion simulation,finallyobtained the optimum combination of parameters,to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of theorchard walnut harvesting machines.Using a method of simplified model,establish a harvesting device-walnuts and walnut tree and fruitsystem dynamics model of vibration dynamics model,derived in the vibration state of the trunkdisplacement,velocity,acceleration,amplitude,and harvested fruits inertial force means the powerexpressions,obtained displacement vibration system speed,the periodic variation of the acceleration,Fruitcomplete shedding main factors(frequency and amplitude)and the relationship between the recovery meansand the power consumption of the frequency and amplitude of the three parties.On the basis of preliminary studies, and model-based analysis,walnut orchards on the bias slider-crankvibration harvesting device and its main components of the structural design,and initially set the vibrationfrequency of the vibration mechanism, amplitude, adjustable clamping jaw clamping force institutionsholding trunk diameter and other parameters,and the optional walking device and harvesting equipment,such as power systems.By using ADAMS mechanical system dynamics simulation software to harvest the device keycomponent offset slider-crank mechanism modeling and motion simulation, using experimental designmethods to offset crank length,speed factors to bias set the slider crank displacement, velocity andacceleration of simulation indicators were simulated.Using experimental data processing software DPS forthe simulation results analysis and processing, and use EXCEL to made the factors and indicators ofrelationship graphs, through poor relationship with graph analysis, and ultimately determine the operatingparameters,offset e=20mm;crank length a=17.5mm; eccentric wheel speed n=750r/min,the device maymeet the functional requirements of mechanized harvesting apparatus orchard walnut.
