As the fourth important crops, after the wheat, the rice and the corn, it is one of the economical plants in the world. As one of the country with the development of patato rapidly, the patato distribute about 5 million hm~2 around the whole county at present,and become the country with the biggest areas of the patato. In our country,the farmers mainly dig the patato by ploughing which draughted by domestic animals, and rarely use manpower with the tool of spade and hoe. Recently,the machine for harvesting patato develop rapidly and are used widely,but most of them are not benefit to the development of the patato production because of the low efficiency,the low level of the mechanization. Therefore it is in dire need of analysing the patato harvester and designing the machines with better performance.The swaying sieve of the 4UX-550 patato harvester spread and is made of the symmetrical- mulriple digger, the three-points framework, The swaying sieve and the gearing. In the machine, the device of separation is swaying sieve, and the swaying sieve is drived by two rockers which follow a revolving eccentric wheel, and the move of revolve is changed to sway. And achieve the to-and-fro movement of the swaying sieve. When design the swaying sieve, the key technical problem lies in optimizing the structure of the gearing. The structure of the rocker and the pole of the mid sieve affect the capability of the swaying sieve when it works.In this paper, set up the fictious prototype of the 4UX-550 patato harvester in the soft of ANSYS and ADAMS, give the dynamic analysis, and analyse the gearing of the swaying sieve in dynamics, at the same time, optimize the advance of the model further. |
