| In recent years,the state has vigorously developed vocational education,issued a series of policies to encourage and support the reform of vocational education,and build a vocational education system with the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education.Secondary vocational education undertakes the task of cultivating skilled personnel and high-quality labor for the country.To improve the quality of secondary vocational education,we must first improve classroom teaching efficiency and then improve teaching quality.The classroom is the carrier of education and the main place for teaching.Paying attention to the classroom and preventing and reducing classroom behaviors will greatly improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Therefore,this research takes the classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students as the research theme,takes the agricultural-related students of Lanzhou Y Vocational School as the research object,and uses the reinforcement theory,Kanter theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the research basis,using questionnaires Investigation method,classroom observation method and interview method are used to study classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.It is hoped that through field investigations and classroom observations,the status quo and causes of problem behaviors in class of secondary vocational students can be analyzed,and strategies and suggestions for preventing and reducing class problem behaviors of secondary vocational students are proposed.This research starts from the two levels of teachers and students,investigates the current situation of classroom problem behaviors,restores real and specific classroom teaching scenarios,and summarizes the types,frequencies,time periods,and teachers’ attitudes towards classroom problem behaviors that secondary vocational students appear.Some attitudes and response measures taken.The research results show that the frequency of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students is very high,and the degree is mainly mild.Behaviors that seriously affect the order of classroom teaching are rare;boys and girls have different frequency of classroom problem behaviors;students of different grades appear Classroom problem behaviors are different;the class problem behaviors of the same student in the same class are continuous;in the face of different courses and different teachers,students’ classroom problem behaviors are quite different.Through questionnaire surveys,secondary vocational students are more inclined to attribute their problem behaviors to: their own factors,teacher factors,curriculum factors and environmental factors.Based on these reasons,strategies to deal with classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students are proposed: to formulate clear classroom rules to prevent classroom problem behaviors,improve students’ self-management ability,improve teachers’ classroom management ability,improve the quality of teaching activities,and establish a good teacher-student relationship. |
