| It is the key for cultivating modern agricultural skilled people to construct double-quality teachers who adapt to the development of modern agriculture and have good professional quality and teac hing quality. As the main body of agriculture education teachers in vocational schools, the cultivation of agricultural normal students in general university and training base university has a direct influence on the growth of numerous primary grade and middle grade agricultural construction personnel.Through the consulting related literature and yearbook, this paper analyzes the demand for the teachers and the status of cultivation based on the questionnaires and interviews of agricultural teachers and normal students in general university and training base university, administrators, teachers and students in secondary school and the managers of industry and enterprise and related data of some agricultural specialty teachers training colleges, describes the status of secondary agricultural TVET teachers’ cultivation including professional settings, hardware facilities, teaching faculty, curriculum and teaching, enrollment and employment, and through analysis of the case such as Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, and express the existing main problems. It should formulate agricultural normal students cultivation standards, define the training objectives, improve the training scheme, explore various school-running modes, create teacher training environment, guarantee the resource supply for the normal students and improve the TVET teachers cultivation system constantly. |
