Rural vocational education plays a vital role in China's economic and social development,especially in the process of agricultural development.With the development and transformation of the Times,the construction of agriculture-related specialties under rural vocational education embodies the grand blueprint of the modernization of rural agricultural development in China under the new situation and the realistic epitome of the reality in the local culture.As a major agricultural and forestry province in the country,the only central and western regions by the sea,Guangxi's many types of agricultural products are renowned throughout the country and the world.Good ecological environment and beautiful natural and humanistic scenery make Guangxi rural areas under the inspiration of the new era radiate the harmonious situation of alternating,open and conservative symbiosis.As the educational position of cultivating rural talents and cultivating new type of professional peasants,the construction of "agriculture-related specialty" in rural vocational schools is of great significance to promote the modernization of agricultural countryside.Based on the value argument of agriculture-related majors to the cultivation of new agricultural talents,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of agriculture-related specialties in rural secondary vocational schools in Guangxi through the research methods of literature research method,field investigation method and case analysis method,and interprets the realistic bottleneck and opportunity of the construction of agriculture-related specialty in rural secondary vocational schools.This paper probes into the concrete factors that affect the construction of agriculture-related specialties,and puts forward the solutions and development suggestions to break through the predicament.Firstly,the research establishes the value and significance of the research by analyzing the relationship between agriculture-related majors and the cultivation of new agricultural talents.The construction of agriculture-related specialty reflects the structure and direction of agricultural personnel training,provides specialized agricultural education for agricultural talents,and promotes the sustainable development of agriculture.This paper analyzes and collates the construction of agriculture-related specialties in rural secondary vocational schools in Guangxithrough the aspects of running a school,teaching facilities,teacher construction and personnel training,and outlines the current development of agriculture-related majors in rural vocational schools in Guangxi.The study found that: Guangxi secondary vocational Education in recent years to pursue the quality of running a school model,withdraw and eliminate some schools and specialties,promote the construction of vocational schools to high-quality development,invest a lot of funds to build practical training base and update teaching equipment,teaching and research equipment value and the value of students are increasing by year;teachers professional skills are making progress,but lack of agricultural teachers reserve resources,professional teachers account for a small proportion of teachers in Guangxi.In the training of agriculture-related professionals,the number of students enrolled in agriculture,forestry,pastoral and fishery in2017 increased from the previous year,but overall,the number of enrollment is still declining,and the number of pupils and graduates in schools has declined year by year."Source Crisis" is a major bottleneck in the development of agricultural specialty construction at present.There are some progresses in the construction of agriculture-related majors in rural secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,and there are limitations.By analyzing the construction of agriculture-related specialty,this paper analyzes the growth and deficiency in the development,and seeks and analyzes the causes of the predicament in view of the shortcomings.Guangxi has been increasing its investment and construction in the field of secondary vocational education in recent years: the training base and teaching equipment of county vocational schools have been perfected and updated continuously,agricultural vocational education group has also made great progress,teachers ' skills promotion and professional growth have been paid attention to,and some rural vocational schools have opened agriculture-related specialties to fit the market with good employment prospects.In the aspect of middle and higher vocational connection and PU vocational integration,Guangxi has made no small efforts and attempts to actively explore the way to meet the actual development of vocational education in Guangxi.Education and social development are closely linked,whether it is national policy,social and economic development and ideological concepts and other macro factors,as well as school development,teaching staff,parents ' concept and students themselves and other microscopic factors,may make the development of agriculture-related professions face deadlock.At present,the factors such as insufficient teachers ' strength,lack of professional characteristics and unsatisfactory employment prospects in rural secondary vocational schools in Guangxi make agriculture-related majors in the "impact" of emerging majors and hot majors appear unclear and unclear direction of the discomfort response.The research suggests that the agricultural specialties of rural secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the work of "professional goal","Course content","Teaching Mode","Inter-school cooperation","personneltraining" and "public opinion environment" in the process of construction and development.First,we should make clear the direction of running rural vocational education,maintain the traditional advantages based on rural areas,excavate educational resources,and return to the education first heart and heart of agriculture-related majors,and second,we should innovate the way of professional construction,enhance the self-confidence of agriculture-related specialties,enhance professional attraction,and thirdly,update the course content in time To increase the interest in the process of teaching and learning;IV,we and enhance the humanistic care for agriculture-related personnel,Strive to improve the negative impact of traditional agricultural concepts on the development of agriculture-related specialties.In the new era of "rural revitalization strategy" and "three agriculture" work,the construction and development of agriculture-related specialty has been endowed with new era expectations and educational responsibilities.Paying attention to the construction of agricultural specialties and strengthening the duty orientation of agriculture-related majors in rural vocational school education is the
