Smash-ridging is a new agricultural tillage technology invented by the team of Benhui from Wei Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,which is deep ploughing,deep loosening and no disorder of soil layer,and one-time completion of tillage and land preparation.Since the invention of smash-ridging in 2008,the technique system of smash-ridging has been continuously improved,and a variety of the smash-ridging technology modes have been developed,such as the smash-ridging mechanical tillage technology,the smash-ridging cultivation technology,the smash-ridging improved ecological technology and so on.The smash-ridging team has carried out a variety of experiments across the country and obtained a large number of experimental data to explain the deep mechanism of water conservation,yield increase,quality improvement and ecological disaster reduction by using the technology.Based on the existing related achievements of the technology,by the way of the combination of field investigation and literature,this research collects the historical data of the development of the smash-ridging technology,and sort out the development process of the smash-ridging technology.The second chapter introduces the development history of traditional tillage tools and the invention origin and achievements of the smash-ridging technology.In the third chapter,the development history of the smash-ridging machine is analyzed and compared with the design features,operation modes,advantages and disadvantages of representative models in each stage.In the fourth chapter,the evolution of the smash-ridging cultivation technology was introduced and analyzed,focusing on the "145" technology of sugarcane smash-ridging planting in Binyang Country and the planting mode of the mechanical transplanting and harvesting project of the smash-ridging late rice in Yulin City.In the fifth chapter,the application of smash-ridging technology in the field of ecological environment transformation is introduced and analyzed.Finally,this research summarizes and analyzes the inheritance of traditional farming thought by smash-ridging technology and its own positioning in the history of farming and the evaluation of the technology from all walks of life,and then puts forward some suggestions on the application and promotion of the technology.The investigation results show that the technique system of smash-ridging is a comprehensive agricultural technique system which achieves crop yield increase,environmental improvement and ecological friendliness by using uses the special deep ploughing and subsoiling machinery of smash-ridging to improve the soil structure and properties and applying the cultivation technology suitable for the crop environment.Because of its general properties of soil improvement,smash-ridging technology has been applied in many fields of agricultural technology.Smash-ridging technology has been applied to 49 crops in 26 provinces in China,and significant economic and ecological benefits have been obtained.The smash-ridging team has initially completed the theoretical framework construction of smash-ridging technology.It is suggested that the government should strengthen the support for smash-ridging technology,support scientific research institutions to carry out in-depth research,and broaden the application scope of smash-ridging technology.It is also suggested that the research,development,production and promotion of new-type tillage machinery should be carried out by the smash-ridging team and large agricultural machinery enterprises. |
