As a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine,Bupleurum chinense has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying,soothing liver and regulating qi.With the increase of market demand,the planting area of Bupleurum chinense is expanding in China.Bupleurum chinense comes from Hebei,Henan,Shaanxi,Shaanxi and Gansu provinces.Due to the variety of Bupleurum and the popularization and exchange of germplasm and planting technology,the germplasm of each producing area is mixed and the ecological adaptability of different germplasm Bupleurum chinense is lacking in systematic understanding.At present,compared with the traditional crops,the planting management technology of Bupleurum is relatively extensive,and the growers lack the understanding of the characteristics of different growth periods and the application of key technologies,which makes it difficult to improve the yield and quality of Bupleurum.In this paper,based on Shexian County,Hebei Province,five different provenances of Bupleurum chinense borealis were introduced to explore the degree of adaptation to the growth of various Bupleurum chinense in Shexian County,and the effects of different management measures on the yield and quality of Bupleurum chinense.The results are as follows:1.By measuring the seed length,width,1000-grain weight,seed type index,seedling emergence rate,root length,root diameter,root weight and so on,the seed characters of Bupleurum chinense were compared and regressed,y=13.937x1-118.613x2-5.012x3 46.607(F =5.433,R2=0.942 y for 1000-grain weight,seed length,x2 seed width,and type index).The characters of root length,root diameter and root weight were analyzed.The results showed that Bupleurum,Shanxi Bupleurum and Gansu Bupleurum had strong ecological adaptability to Bupleurum.According to the comprehensive analysis,five Bupleurum provenances showed that the order of performance of Bupleurum from superior to poor was P3>P2>P1>P5>P4.In the mountain area of Shexian County.2.All kinds of Bupleurum chinense(the second year after sowing)were treated by topping treatment.The results showed that for non-residual fields,topping treatment could effectively control the consumption of nutrients(flowering consumption)in the upper part of Bupleurum chinense,promote leaf area expansion,promote root growth and improve root activity.3.The effects of different fertilization methods on the growth index of Bupleurum chinense showed that different fertilization methods had some effects on chlorophyll content,photochemical efficiency,net photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content and yield per plant.4.The content of alcohol-soluble extracts,saponins and flavonoids in roots with different topdressing methods and different harvest time showed that compared with the control,the timely topdressing increased the content of main active substances of Bupleurum chinense,the effect of topdressing organic fertilizer was the best,and the effect of topdressing compound fertilizer and spraying foliar fertilizer was similar.The results of different harvest periods of Bupleurum chinense showed that the total content of each index was from August to October... |
