butyrate and Bacillus subtilis are well tolerated and can synthesize and secrete a variety of probiotics during the process of animal growth and development,which are widely used in the animal husbandry.In order to explore the new breeding mode,and to explore the application of Clostridium butyricum and Compound bacteria in the actual production of different breeding methods for Guangxi Licun Sanhuang chicken.two modes of 70-day-old Guangxi Licun Sanhuang chickens with 33000 pigeons were divided into cage and free-range breeding test.Among them,3000 pigeons were randomly divided into 3 groups: namely LA group: Clostridium butyricum group(500g/t added),LB group: Compound bacteria group(1000g/t added),LC group: blank control group,1000 chickens in each group,each group with 5 replicates,200 chickens in each replicate.Random mode selected 30,000 pigeons randomly divided into3 groups: SA group: Clostridium butyricum(500g/t added),SB group: Complex bacteria group(1000g/t added),SC: blank control group,10000 chickens in each group,5 replicates in each group,2000 chickens in each replicate.With a trial period of 50 days.Each test group randomly selected 6 animals with similar body weight and good health for blood collection,slaughter and sample sampling.The test results are as follows:(1)Compared with the free-range model,the mortality rate of cage was significantly lower than that of free-range(P <0.05),and the economic benefit of cage was significantly higher than that of free-range(P <0.05),the addition of Clostridium butyricum to the cage model significantly increased the leg muscle rate,serum cholesterol,the glutamic acid content of the pectoral and leg muscles and the glutamic acid content(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the loss of leg muscle drip,The content of glycine and arginine in the pectoral muscles improved the color of pectoral muscles and leg muscles(P<0.05);Added Complex bacteria significantly increased leg muscle rate and leg muscle p H value,pectoral muscle inosinate content,pectoral muscle glutamate content,improved pectoral muscle and leg muscle color(P<0.05),significantly reduced leg muscle drip loss and legs muscle glycine content(P<0.05).(2)In the cage mode,the growth performance of Guangxi Licun Sanhuang Chicken was not significantly affected by the addition of Clostridium butyricum in the diet(P>0.05);the average daily gain was significantly reduced by the addition of Complex bacteria(P<0.05),and the dead panning rate was significant reduced by 52.27%(P<0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria could significantly increases laughter rate and leg muscle rate(P<0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria had no significant effect in the contents of pectoralis and leg inosinic acid(P>0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria significantly increased the content of glutamic acid,glycine and leg muscle glutamic acid(P<0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria had no significant effect on serum immune indexes(P>0.05),but significantly increased serum cholesterol content(P<0.05).(3)In the free-range mode,the addition of Clostridium butyricum in the diet had no significant effect on the Guangxi Licun Sanhuang chickens(P>0.05),and the addition of Complex bacteria significantly increased the average daily weight gain(P<0.05);The addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria significantly increased the p H value of pectoral muscles and leg muscles,and improved the color of pectoral muscles(P<0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyrate and Complex bacteria had no significant effect in the contents of pectoralis and leginosinic acid(P>0.05);added Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria significantly increased the glycine content of pectoral muscle(P<0.05);the addition of Clostridium Butyricum and Complex bacteria had no significant effect on serum immune indexes(P>0.05),but the serum globulin content was significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of Clostridium butyricum and compound bacteria in the cage mode of Guangxi Licun Sanhuang chickens is equivalent or even better than the free-range mode in terms of growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and serum biochemical indicators.But due to the limitations of this experiment,Whether could be used on a large scale with probiotics + cages or a new mode of combined probiotics + cages and loose aquaculture needs further study of Guangxi Licun Sanhuang chickens.The addition of Clostridium butyricum and compound bacteria in different breeding modes has a certain degree of positive impact on the growth performance,slaughter
