| With the rapid development of animal husbandry and feed industry, drug residues, bacterial resistance and environmental pollution in animal products have caused serious threats to human health, food safety, and public health safety. The development and application of green feed additives has become an urgent problem for future animal husbandry development. The purpose of this experiment is to screen the dosage of quercetagetin(Quercetagetin,QG)in broiler feed, study its effect on the body’s growth metabolism and immunity, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of functional feed additives. The 1-day-old Ross broilers(46.7±2.34g)were randomly divided into 8 groups, with 6 replicates in each group, and 10 chickens in each replicate. The blank control group was fed the basal diet, the positive control group was fed the basal diet +200mg/kg ethoxyquin, and the remaining 6 test groups were fed with 1.25mg/kg and2.5mg/ kg,3.75mg/kg,5mg/kg,10mg/kg,20mg/kg quercetagetin. The results are as follows:1.The effect of QG on broiler growth performance.Compared with the blank control group, adding 1.25mg/kg,2.5mg/kg,3.75mg/kg and 5mg/kg QG to the diet can significantly reduce the broiler’s early(1-21 days old)feed Meat ratio and average daily feed intake(p<0.05).Compared with the blank control group, the addition of3.75 mg/kg QG to the diet can significantly increase the slaughter rate and complete evisceration rate of broilers(1-42 days old)(p<0.05).Compared with the positive control group, the feed-to-meat ratio of broilers has a downward trend, and the slaughter performance has an upward trend.2.The influence of QG on the antioxidant capacity of broilers.Compared with the blank control group, with the addition of 3.75mg/kg QG,the serum SOD,GSH-PX and T-AOC contents of 42-day-old broilers were significantly increased(p<0.05),and the MDA content was significantly decreased(p<0.05).Compared with the positive control group, adding QG to the diet can significantly enhance the antioxidant capacity of broilers(p<0.05).3.The effect of QG on the immune performance of broilers.Compared with the blank control group, adding 3.75mg/kg QG to the diet significantly increased serumIg G and Ig M levels in 21-day and 42-day-old broilers(p<0.05),and promoted the development of broiler thymus(p<0.05).4.The effect of QG on serum biochemical indexes of broilers.Compared with the blank control group, when 3.75 mg/kg QG was added to the diet, the serum urea nitrogen and creatine kinase contents of 21-day-old broilers were significantly reduced(p<0.05).The levels of serum creatine kinase, triglycerides, glucose and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in 42-day-old broilers were significantly reduced(p<0.05).In summary,QG has the effect of improving the antioxidant capacity, growth performance, and immune performance of broilers, especially the antioxidant effect in the body. The optimal dosage of QG in the diet is 3.75mg/kg,and QG has broad application prospects. |
