| Micro-probiotics, especially Bacillus subtilis has been used widely on clinic with history of manyyears and also achieved better clinical results. Some Bacillus subtilis were identified from suspiciousbacteria through molecular biology method, the excellent strain were selected through a serious of tests andadded to broiler production, some indexes (growth performance, intestinal microflora, immunologicalindexes et.ac) were detected. The results are as follows:1.3/10(Q04, Q05and Q09) were identified as Bacillus subtilis with PCR based on Bacillus subtilis16S rRNA from10suspicious strians.2. One excellent strain Q04were selected from3Bacillus subtilis through test of heat resistance, acidresistance, bile resistance and antimicrobial susceptibility.3. Bio-safety of Q04were determined though weight, organ pathological changes, organ coefficient ofinfected mice with1.0×109CFU/mL.4. The Q04were added to the feed of broiler with3.0×109CFU/g(A group),5.0×109CFU/g(Bgroup),8.0×109CFU/g(C group) respectively, The results are as follows compared with the controlgroup(D group).⑴The average weight of group B was significantly higher than D (P<0.05) at15-day-old broilers,,while broilers, the average weight of A, B and C group were significantly higher than D (P<0.05) at30-day-old, average daily gain were not significantly different between test group and the control. Whilefeed conversion ratiot from group B was significantly lower than the D group(P<0.05).⑵The serum calcium (Ca), albumin, CD4+, CD8+and average IgM levels were no significantdifference (P>0.05)between the test group and the control group.⑶Inorganic phosphorus (P) levels of group A at30-day-old, inorganic phosphorus content of the testwas significantly higher than D (P<0.05); The total protein group B at15-day-old and the total protein ofA, B and C at30-day-old was significantly higher than D (P<0.05)respectively, group A was significantlyhigher than D (P<0.05) at45-day-old, group B was significantly higher than D (P<0.05) at60-day-old,.bSerum triglyceride levels were significantly lower than the control group D (P<0.05) at15,30,45and60-day-old the average triglyceride of A was significantly lower than the control group D (P<0.05) at30,45, and60-day-old.⑷Serum IgA and IgG levels were significantly higher than D (P<0.05); at the15and30-day-oldbroilers IgG level was significantly higher than D (P<0.05) at the45-day-old. |
