In the laying hen culture industry, factors such as intensive farming,high-efficiency breeding, and the temperature and humidity of the environment required for the growth of laying hens often lead to a large number of pathogenic bacteria in the large environment of the farm, which makes the laying hens susceptible to bacteria. In addition, the laying hens of the farm have frequent egg production and long egg laying period. The middle-aged and old hens often suffer from inflammation such as salpingitis and peritonitis, which makes the egg production efficiency low and the egg production quality is not good.Under the current trend of restricting and prohibiting antibiotics, the best way for the breeding industry to solve the above problems is to select plant extracts to prevent and treat diseases, promote growth and production, and reduce the mortality rate. This method not only ensures the development of economic benefits,There are also advantages of being green and efficient.Numerous studies have shown that extracts of Acanthopanax and Scutellariae Radix have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, but little research has been done on laying hens.In this experiment, the effects of the antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the extract of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim.on the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens were investigated by three experiments.Provide a theoretical basis for the development of a new type of plant extract. This study is divided into the following experiments:1 Antibacterial effect of extract of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim. The size of the inhibition zone of E.coli and Salmonella was determined by the Oxford Cup method, and the MIC and MBC were determined by 96-well plate method. The results showed that the extract of Astragalus membranaceus L.had good antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The MIC of Escherichia coli was 6.23mg/m L,MBC was 25 mg/m L,and the MIC of Salmonella was 3.13 mg/m L.MBC was12.5 mg/m L.2 Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim.Observation of mouse ear augmentation test by xylene, increase of peritoneal capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid in mice, writhing test induced byacetic acid, hot plate test, observation of low, medium and high doses of extract of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the groups(64 mg/m L,128 mg/m L,256 mg/m L).The results showed that the middle and high dose groups could significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear swelling in mice(P<0.05).The low and middle dose groups could significantly reduce the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid(P<0.05).The low dose group can significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid(P<0.05);each dose group can increase the thermal pain threshold, and has nothing to do with the administration time.It indicates that the extract of Astragalus membranaceus has certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.3 Effects of extracts of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim.on laying performance and egg quality of laying hensThe experiment selected 22-week-old Beijing powdered hens,68-week-old Beijing hens, and 30 000-week healthy Roman powder and Beijing powdered hens with the same initial body weight. The same age or breed hens were randomized. It is divided into 2groups of 15,000 each, with 6 replicates in each group and 2500 replicates in each group.Group I was used as a blank control group for 22-week-old laying hens, and basal diet was fed.Group II was used as a 22-week-old layer chicken test group, and 0.5 g/kg of Astragalus membranaceus L.extract was added to the basal diet.III was used as a blank control group for 68-week-old laying hens, and basal diet was fed.Group IV was used as a68-week-old hens test group, and 0.5 g/kg of Astragalus membranaceus L.extract was added to the basal diet.Group V was used as a blank control group for the Luoman powdered hens, and the basal diet was fed.The VI group was used as the Luoman powder layer chicken test group, and 0.5g/kg of the extract of Astragalus membranaceus L.was added to the basal diet.VII was used as the blank control group of Beijing powdered hens, and the basic diet was fed.Group VIII was used as the experimental group of Beijing powdered hens.0.5g/kg of extract of Astragalus membranaceus L.was added to the basal diet.Pre-test 7d,the test period is 28 d.Except for the test drugs, the animals in each group were the same as the blank control animals. The health status of the test hens was observed daily, and the number of deaths, egg production, egg weight, broken eggs, and malformedeggs were accurately recorded in units of repetition. For each breed of laying hens,6 eggs were random Ly selected for each egg to determine egg quality, and the average egg weight, egg shape index, eggshell thickness, eggshell color, eggshell strength, protein height, egg yolk color, egg yolk were measured.Re-investigate indicators such as Hastelloy units. The results showed that the extract of Astragalus membranaceus Maxim.had an effect on the laying performance of laying hens of different ages and different breeds, and improved the egg quality of different breeds.
